17 September, Nicole Viljoen helped me to purchase a bed set on their online store. I have no idea how to navigate online purchases. She took time out of her day to help me. Years back, I bought a bed at the store in Montague Gardens store, and her service was good back then already.
I changed my insurance to Discovery Insure, and one day one consultant Tinyiko Qhibi spent time explaining to me and showing me how to use the app. This lady was patient and extremely thorough explaining. Then today I called again needing help with my policy regarding their legal policy and once again consultant Portia Mokoatle explained in detail this aspect of the policy. Discovery Insure should look after such staff. 10 out of 10 to them. Keep it up
I had issues with my bank card. I happened to be at the mall. I went in to seek help. From the moment I walked into the bank, I was treated like royalty. The bank manager Ryan came to introduce himself to me. The consultant who assisted me with my query was so knowledgeable, giving details and explaining everything that was being done (I can't remember her name) So well done to Ryan and his team
Staff is friendly and very willing to help you. Each and everyone had a smile.
I ordered 2 fans on the Makro app on the 24 December. I was told the items would be delivered on the 29th of December. I called Makro customer care 4 times only to be told at 16h30 that the delivery will only take place on Tuesday 2nd January
