I've been trying to get into contact with wonga to settle an outstanding amount with no joy. I don't have the registered email address due to the loan not being taken out by me directly. I just want to pay the money and be on with it but there's no resolution. Your telephone lines don't even work, can't speak to any agents just automation.
I was debited twice for nonsense. I got a refund from Makro making my last payment only R75. Payflex takes the 75 plus an additional R352 being the fill payment amount. What kind of system are you guys running where people who clearly are paying in installments can be debited more than their supposed to. I want my money back now!
What an *********** bunch of staff. From FICA all the way to withdrawal absolutely unhelpful. You have to phone just to get your documents approved. When you try to withdraw they tell you T&C's said you can't but funny enough my partner withdrew yesterday. Then we got threatened for our accounts to be frozen. Absolutely ********** service. I will never use this site again. Keeping my bets with Hollywood bets rather, they actually pay your money within a decent time and no stress, immediate verification.
After a terrible experience bolt is refusing to refund a trip. Driver put my life in danger by constantly being on his cellphone, he ran multiple stop signs and if my partner didn't watch the road we would not be here. He then proceeded to leave us without completing the trip as it had another stop to go, had a nasty attitude telling us he has things to do at the traffic department and we must hurry up like we aren't paying for the waiting time. He then continued the trip when we hadn't got back into the car and took the full amount while we were left stranded. Had to pay out of our pockets to get home while he will have a good time with that money. After complaining to bolt I was told by two separate people that it will be escalated and dealt with within a few hours. I am yet to receive any communication back or compensation for the trip paid for in full. Absolutely ********** service from Clement and the Bolt Support Team
********** experience. Was told it would be R15 and in seconds R599 was deducted from my account. There was no assistance with my questions or any help from the customer service. I had to resort to using obscene language to get a response. I would class it as **** behaviour to mislead people who are in desperate need of legal assistance.
Great food. Amazing staff. And a wonderful owner who made me feel so good hearing that I'm carrying my baby boy wonderfully.
You guys really know how to ruin a customer hey. I've asked to cancel so many times telephonically since your useless app doesn't serve it's purpose. I was advised by someone who barely speaks English that I would not pay for December as I'm cancelling yet you guys are trying to debit me every single day. Absolutely **********
After paying my loan online, I was still in arrears and I was debited from my account so I've paid for one loan twice in one day. I cannot get ahold of anyone in a call centre and no one is assisting. This is absolutely atrocious and I would not recommend anyone do business with them.
If I could rate negative stars I would be in the billions by now. I've been complaining for over a month now with the same issue. My internet is down for over 30 days now. I want a refund for the entire month and a resolution. Otherwise just cancel my damn subscription and give me back the two payments you were so eager to deduct from my account
Does the support team at rain actually work? I've logged multiple tickets with no response. My WiFi has been down for the past week and my SIM cards aren't working either. What is the point of selling me something then it's not true. THE SIM CARDS ARE NEVER RECHARGED! So I'm currently sitting with no internet and empty SIM cards which I'm apparently paying for.
