Disappointed by the stuff at KFC Rosebank the zone.
I'm writing this with extreme disappointment from KFC at the zone rosebank. So KFC introduced a kiosk and the stuff decided that they will take out speed points from the tills so they do not have to serve customers with debit cards. I started at the till to ask for assistance and I was told to order at the kiosk. That kiosk does not know the inventory and it placed an order for items that they did not have. I bought a buddy sprite but instead was told to take the sprite from the machine by force. Come I tell you, customer service is not done by a machine but by the stuff. That stuff at rosebank do not want to work.

The manager of SMD Mr Daya is ****ming SMD Customers
Even up until today I have not received any feedback of my case from SMD INVESTIGATOR, the investigator is so doggy and only contacted me via email not even a single call. Please guys before doing business with SMD please consider their ratings. Do not do business with SMD !!!! It is an untrusted server which exposes your information to ****mers and *****sters. In the passed year their website go hacked and is still hacked. They don't have a cyber team that can deal with this matter which leaves the ****mers with a gold rush so that they take advantage of SMD clients. Even their employees know about this and have decided to work with the ****mers to make things easy for them. The regional manager manages most of the branches and I saw him communicating with the ****mer, seems like they are family. The manager Mr Daya is working very closely with the ****mers and the company needs to see that and dismiss him as he is part of the syndicate.

SMD *****sters
SMD CHAMDOR Branch stole my money and I do not like how the whole thing is being handled. The employees at SMD stole my information and used it to **** me. Now the management of SMD is telling me about investigations and not me being compensated for my loss which incurred while I was at the branch. The employees who are ****ming people are still working there and are still ****ming others

SMD, I am shocked!!!!! Your Company is a disgraced, Managed and staffed by lazy, untrained staff. Your Manager at Chamdor Branch should not even be allowed to work in the yard. I went to the branch to get assistance but instead got ****med by an email smd.barloworld@gmail.com For Barloworld to be associated with SMD baffles my mind as well SMD CHAMDOR has a syndicate that is ****ming people and it seems the company SMD doesn't care. They share and sell customer's information as that email stated the very same reference and amount due and I received it right after telling them I'm going to deposit the remaining amount into the bank account.

Bad service and forced to pay tip at Billy G buffet
Booked for 40 people when I got here we were forced to pay tip, and was told by Mr Mbatha that it is a company policy and around December they force customers who come in a collective to pay a tip

Service of agents
I took a loan with finchoice, in the process of paying back the loan they offered me another loan I took it now my credit score was affected negatively because of finchoice.... I've never missed a payment When I call finchoice their service is so pathetic the agents are so rude one of them is yuhirah or something and I've spoken to 3 others.... They will just keep on transferring you while you speaking without helping I'm assuming no one keeps track of the quality of service they giving to clients Personally finchoice is helpful but when you having issues trust me you are going to receive a ****ty service
