Good day Capitec Transactional ***** Please attend to this query please unblock the account that was blocked due to receiving the money from my standard bank account as my standard bank account was removed blocked so as well as those beneficiaries needs to be removed from the block Attend to this as quick as possible before the matter can be reported to ombudsman.
Worst service at Standard bank, i received funds from old mutual Superfund now Standardbank freezes my account for no reason the funds was my superfund with old mutual i was left stranded did not have food as my account was locked , my rent is due i do not have funds the are kicking me out because of the worst service that i got from standardbank i did not know that banking with standardbank is a night mare , You can not want proof of payment from me why did not you contact old mutual for the proof of payment , i was not notified i just find the account freezed i have to pay accounts ,car installment , rental, i am so so stranded i do not have money please attend to this as urgent as possible i have superfund statement that shows amount due to me from old mutual I am frustrated being going throw this for the money i have worked for being treated like an idiot for my money Standarbank sort this as urgent as possible all people i have sent money their accounts are freezed for no reason they have got debts to pay now to is i am So disappointed i am awaiting this to be sorted so i can take my money and go bank with other bank Old mutual their system generate proof of payment in 5 business day which i can not wait for i am frustrated because of standardbank My PureSave account is freezed for no reason

I app**** for a ruoter with MTN only to find out the ruoter is being administered by Rewardscos after i have paid now ruoter not being delivered no communication no one to get hold of Mtn have phatetic service worse servive i have ever seen please pay back my money they made me pay prorata and the month of april but i dnt have ruoter not in use i need my 460 if you think you will go around ****ing people and not render service 1.
