Bad Service don’t use this company.
Don’t use this UPS ,they don’t have a clue. Purchase of EBay in USA. Supplier sent it to me via UPS EBay and supplier have my email and Cell no. I get a tracking report to say product will be delivered today. I phoned up UPS and was told the product is at customs at OR Tambo But no one could contact me as they did not have my contact details. Do you think UPS and EBay would send something to SA without all my contact details. Never had this problem before when I buy from USA. If I did not phone UPS Kempton Park i probably would never receive the product as it would be stuck at the airport. Amazing UPS in South Africa have Terrible Reviews but it don’t seem to worry them.

Watch out for these ****** I neede d 2 remotes, they said i needed a new motor. After fitting a new motor and contacting the Supplier they confirmed i needed only 2 remotes. They also operate under Starck Garage Doors. Raymond Viviers and a girl Yvonne works in office

Do a Hello Peter or Google review on Digidoor Customers who fit Digidoor motors.
Got ripped of by someone fitting Digidoor Garage Motors. Sent Digidoor a mail asking them if they do any Vetting on their Customers who fit their Garage Motors. Instead of Digidoor getting back to me they call the ***** who ripped me off and then he phones me back saying Digidoor phoned him. I them phoned Digidoor/Swartland and asked someone to phone me. Someone did phone me and said no this whole thing is wrong, he is going to phone The ***** , their Customer and speak to him. Thats was over a week ago and have heard nothing since then.

Dishonest ****** Phoned these ****** and mentioned my remote was not working on garage motor that was working. Guy came around, fitted a remote with a wire and opened and closed the door 4 times. Then said no they cant do anything i nmust fit a new Garage Door Motor. I then found out that i only needed new remotes. I even phoned up the Motor manufacturer and they confirmed. Only needed 2 new remotes

Terribly Thin Slices of Processed Sandwich Cheese
Just Purchased 900G Gouda Full Cream Processed Cheese Slices of cheese are cut so slim to make it look like you are getting lots of individual wrapped cheese. So thin that you cant even get cheese out of the wrapping. As an adult i am struggling never mind my kids. Cant even say go to the fridge and get yourself some cheese. Shocking What a Ripoff

Power Tool Promotion is Dishonest
I purchased a Bosch Cordless Drill at a large Hardware advertising a power tool sale.When i opened up the box i see it only came with one battery. I have purchased Bosch power tool drills before and it always came with a set of 2 battery.If i buy a battery then i am back to original price. Shame on you Bosch Power Tools for being Dishonest and ripping of your customers

Power Tool Sale is not a Sale
Whatch out for The Power Sale. I purchase a Bosch power tool Drill and it only came with one battery. If I purchase a battery i am back at the original price so not really a sale. I have purchased power tool drills before and they always come with a battert and a spare battery. Very Dishonest, I did not expect this from Chamberlains
