I cannot believe that a DR ANNA MARGARETHA BOTHA-VAN SCHALKWYK would have a very high rate that is far above the medical aid scheme rate and when approached to have this reduced, to be more affordable, I am told that they cannot do that and that is what she charges - my personal opinion she is a "rip-off", I will certainly never use that Dr again and I suggest you find alternative ANAESTHETIC Dr than using this Dr. I was also advised by the Medical aid to rather ask what scheme rate is used before using any ANAESTHETIC Dr especially this Dr. Their service from admin is also not friendly and I feel that morally this is not right.
This is the worst Company in SA - I have wasted my money and time - absolutely useless and misleading - People don't may I suggest you use another legal vendor. Not the first time I have issues with this vendor - you will experience issues when you need the support - I two weeks ago logged a case 01368648 and ref#86153087 - and still no response - I called now and what a mission to get to someone - as I am typing now and was speaking to the Manager, she cut the call -eish - this is what I am talking about - they can trace the call coming in at 14:55pm date 03-03-25 and use the case number and you will see how bad the service is - I asked her to cancel and she cut the call so I don't know now where I stand - these are legal aid protection and they are useless
I bought a Samsung Fridge costing R21999 in January 22 and it has just been under 3 years when the Compressor ceased. There was no power surge as I have Solar power 24/7. I googled there are similar Fridges with 10-year warrantee. This one had only 2 years, however on Google and their site they make mention that the average life span of the fridge is between 10-15 years and here it packed up so quick. I called Samsung and they said that they will get a technician who quoted a call out fee of R485. I then googled their site and found out that the compressor is an inverter compressor, and they were out of stock and the suggest a substitute. I contacted my local Samsung Customer care, and they sent a tech and it was a call out of R350, and they then ordered the part costing R2600. When I fetched the part, and I was told that there is only a 3-month warrantee. The technician is charging R880 to fix this. The tech and another Samsung tech from Pretoria also said that inverter compressors are problematic. This leave a bitter taste in my mouth to think that the quality is of a poor nature and that I had to pay this money for a product that could not last a quarter of its life span costing me a lot of money. The part is expensive has only a 3-month warrantee which speaks of poor quality. I will not recommend any household Samsung appliance as this is my experience and they are not willing to at least meet me halfway with cost or something.
After my first complaint and disappointment that I lodged I saw 2 calls made by Vodacom and I would assume to resolve my concern - I was busy in a meeting and saw these numbers but could not answer them - they were 2 minutes apart - I then get a sms soon after stating my ref number EC-1U2E-26H8UE has been closed. How is it possible that one attempt 2 minutes apart constitute a complaint closed. Further to this I received an email at 10.14am stating that this case has been closed they could not reach me telephonically to which I also rep**** back on the email and no response too date.
I bought a Oppo Reno10 5G plus in Feb 24 - 4 months later the protective layer started to peel off - the Phone cost R21999 and I had a choice between the Samsung S Series and I was shown the Oppo as the latest and best and very good etc. I bought this phone case from Mimosa Mall in Bloemfontein - I went there to explain how come the protective screen starts to peel and I was told that the sales agent should have told me the this is the basic cheapest screen protector, and I was shocked given how much I spend - I am really unhappy, and this was non-disclosure and as the agent should have mentioned this before - I now consider this product not of good quality
I am highly frustrated with Webafrica in terms of their service, It has been a few times now that my internet has been down. There is no person I can speak to but a robot via Whatsapp which is highly frustrating. The dummy doesn’t know that it is the fifth time I must type to a robot/person. Why must I keep spending time with this nonsense?
I have been having endless issues ever since joining this bank from end of last year - switching to save became extremely expensive with this bank - further to this I have asked 3 times now to have the monthly admin charged stopped and refunded - it has been done as at end of Feb 24 and was assured of that - I then saw the same deduction at end of mar 24 - I am dealing with Manager of the Fauna Branch and Jackie Simmers and none have the decency to resolve my query since the 5th April when I report it again. I will be moving to another bank shortly.
I have made booking in advance through our travel hub to stay at the Rio Casino on the 6th April 2024, Too my surprise I find that when I arrived, there was a function taking place and the I started my worst experience from entering, where I was stopped and messed around even when I said I have a booking at the Hotel, I could not park near the Hotel as the place was used by the people of the function. I then had to walk with my luggage and wife in the rain to get to the Hotel. I was attending a function of black tie and to get back to the car was horrific, After my function upon returning, it was raining very heavy, and I could not find any parking and drove around for 15min in the parking area and there was no way to get to the Hotel. Eventually I stopped at the casino entrance and a young security guy helped me and go me parking at a Disable zone about 100m from the Hotel entrance. By the time we got to the Hotel foyer my wife and I was drenched with the rain, I cannot express how horrific my experience was and no support or service was given even when I mentioned this at reception - there was an old Gentlemen that I normally deal with who tried to carry my bags when I left but that was after the fact - I do not recommend this Hotel to anyone especially that they cannot manage their guest experience when there is a function.
I have bought a new Suzuki Fronx from this dealer in Dec 23. From the very outset I had problems with the sales person every step of the way to such an extent that this person left in Jan 24 and I was not made aware of that and the licencing and the number plates were outstanding. only when I called in mid Jan 24 I was told this. I went through to her Manager, who also tried to resolve this and that experience was also not acceptable. I then went onto his Manager who had provided the necessary support and then passed this onto the previous manger to close out. Today the 01 Mar 24 the licence disk was delivered in Cape Town with out the plates having told that everything would be delivered. When querying now the plates were sent to another branch in CT and I am told this now and that I must fetch the plate after me taking a brand new car for COR because of the dealership delay. I still don't have the plates. This has been the worst experience anyone could have gone through ever with Suzuki.
last week when the maintenance light came on I have been calling 051-4114880 and it just rings indefinitely until it hangs up - I then searched on Google and found a service manage number starting with 072... and I called that on Monday 16 Oct 23 and spoke to a lady who said "she is driving and as soon as she gets back to the office she will call me" nothing happened - Then I called today and struggled like before but some how I got to reception who transferred me 3 times till I got to Nadia - she said it was too early and that I need to bring in the car on Friday to reset the interval - I asked to speak to manager - she said she will transfer me to a SJ Smith and boy I waited till the call dropped - I call again and waited 12 min and I hanged up - they are very good in selling their cars but their service availability is shocking - I need to think about other brands service _ I have 3 vehicles with this dealer - it is really sad when it comes to their service
