I have been with Afrihost for approx 8 years. Have fibre, and hosting services with them. When I send a online email query their response time is very fast.
When you buy a branded product like Delonghi , one expects service and the longevity of the product to be longer that the stated warranty period. However with the kettle bought I found the paint peeling a short while after the warranty expired. Delonghi after numerous calls to service dept finally says that they will give a discount on the complete kettle and toaster set. I do not need a toaster. Now calling the service dept we keep leaving messages for them to return our call. The lesson learned is do not buy Delonghi thinking you buying a better product but spend half the amount on a no name brand and when the item breaks down, throw it away.
Been a client of Standard Bank for approx 50 years and the inhouse banking service is getting worse over time. Need to go into physical bank approx 3 times a year. The average wait is 50minutes. In the seventies the banking staff and managers knew you. Now you just a number
New to iPhones which was bought at istore Rosebank. Reason for purchase was the compatibility to hearing device. Tried returning within 7 day period was told they would accept return however I would forfeit and amount of approximately R2000. Thus I kept the phone. Had an issue with phone battery and once again returned to store within warranty period. Told waiting period is 2 to 3 weeks. Considering the reliance on phones today that period is very long . Personally upset, annoyed and frustrated.Previously had a Xiaomi that I paid half the price but with similar specs. My expectations were not high in terms of service and product based on price but was pleasantly surprised. I thought that moving on to apple product and paying a premium price there would be a difference . Sadly disappointed. Finally their trade in price is a joke
Standard Bank merchant services offers an online website to launch small companies called simplublu. When originally offered this was a very promising, simplified offer. Been using it , however finally given up with the their support line. Note no telephonic support line only email . Spend enough time and money on google ads and would recommend potential small companies to reconsider trying Standard Bank , Simplyblu offer. Sadly its disappointing to find a bank like Standard Bank offering this service without thoroughly sorting out all the problematic issues
Netcare Milpark for vaccine Disorganised and extremely long wait for covid vaccine. Considering that this is private hospital ,I would expect to have better systems.People can jump the queue and if you not assertive will end up spending half your day waiting for vaccination.
Umesh in sales has a massive chip on his shoulder. Sold a battery that was 40% higher than other suppliers. When brought to his attention shortly after the purchase his attitude was sorry you bought it, no exchange or refund.
There contract states that it's the customers duty to check the loading and offloading of goods. Basically the customer has to monitor the staff. I tried to but once I started unpacking found out a number of items missing. The owner Gavin is not interested.
Gearbest must reconsider using or offering delivery with South African Post Office. There are many independent courier companies within South Africa who will offer better service. The parcel ordered and payed for on 12th September. Reached South African airport terminal on the 5th October 2018. Stuck at South African post office for processing with no idea as to when will parcel be released. Gearbest states that I must contact SA post office whereas SA post office do not pick up their phones and do not respond besides automated email replies that they are attending to my query
Telkom Clearwater mall and the call centre cannot process a request for cancellation of only the ADSL service. Requested only the ADSL and the data to be cancelled . This is the second time that they cancelled all my services including my landline. Have been shunted from 10210 to 10213 , to requests via email as well as numerous phone calls and including two trips to Clearwater Mall Store. On the cancellation form in front of agent put a BIG asterisk next to what I want cancelled .... " ***ONLY ADSL". Do staff not read before processing. In the mean time I am paying for services that I am not using.
