I am deeply disappointed with the way my MTN router delivery was handled. RTT Logistics attempted delivery, but due to a biometric capture issue on my right side, the driver informed me he had to return the device for manual authorization. For manual delivery Since then, I have been the one constantly following up with customer care. From Monday through Wednesday, all I was told was that emails were being sent and I would receive feedback. No one ever contacted me. Today, after losing hope, I called MTN directly only to discover that my router had been returned to the MTN warehouse without any communication to me. I have wasted airtime, time, and energy chasing false promises. This lack of communication and accountability from both RTT Logistics and MTN is unacceptable. I expected better service and transparency, but instead I was left frustrated and misled.

The worst courier ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dpd laser what you doing is not fair it's unfortunate we over the shops that we are buying from but you are the worst I wish my run away can cut ties with you or they will customer's Two weeks of waiting for my run away return collection we going to the third week if I don't keep on calling becouse my request on your side is good as competed or no need to action it. Whenever I call dpd there is different stories they don't care they don't communicate They are rude no empathy Am sad, am hurt and am defeated.
I am extremely disappointed with HI-FI Corp’s online shopping service. I placed my order on 2 December, and to this day I am still waiting for delivery. Despite multiple follow-ups and phone calls, I have received no clear answers or updates regarding when I will receive my order. Not only has this caused unnecessary frustration, but I have also wasted airtime repeatedly calling your customer service team without any resolution. At this point, I deeply regret choosing to purchase from HI-FI Corp and I am requesting a full refund immediately.
Yoh am tired with surf4life, 7 days without Wi-Fi yet it's paid, one should spend extra money on data and airtime to call them just to be told technicians will be touch matter is escalated.I have been calling and calling from day 1,I made a call yesterday and spoke to Derial /Darel who assured me he is escalating and calling back to give me an update which he never did, I called today again I got through to him telling me same story and claiming to have called me when I ask while he never did on top of that he eventually became rude. When I want to speak to a supervisor am told there is no supervisor they have knocked off, how can they not have a supervisor for after hours while they consultant works after hours. Am upset and this is not the 1st time am having an issue, last time I got help after 1 to 2 months, surf4life doesn't care and respect their clients. Unfortunately I made a manual payment that I can't even reverse After i have made an update of a debit order as per they have requested but debit order never went off no communication was done to advise me that information was not successfully updated I had to call n check. Surf4life I need my Wi-Fi running some of us reply on it for us to have an income/salary at the end of the month
I ordered an office chair from takelot in May the box was full of tapes , due to some personal reasons I only got to open the package now in September with the hope that I will get everything in order and also because I trusted them I always buy different things from them and I would find whatever I purchase in order and also this was my 3rd chair I bought from takelot , just when I opened the package, the arm rest what damaged I worked around it and fix the damage, the chair was old there where lot of scratches I made peace with that, but when I was trying to assemble the chair the back rest was faulty only to find out it's an incorrect back rest, i returned the chair and they declined the return The warranty is still valid till November myb they could have atlst try a way to help me but no I tried to cry for help from rejection emails they never bothered to help me or even respond. What they did they returned the chair back to me I don't know what to do with the peace of chair that does not correspond. As a loyal Takelot cutsomer I am so disappointed i am so hurt having to loose to much money for nothing. I want my money back
Poor poor poor poor poor, am angry am frustrated am narrrr, S4l does not respect their customers, or let me say I received 0 respect 0 customer service I have been calling for help for an entire 3 weeks, all I was told was a lie that someone will come 1st week I followed up following week all I was getting was your query is with admin, and the struggle of getting through also with my own airtime , the last time I called I was number 8 in the q but it kept on taking me back to number 8, , 3 times I ended up dropping the airtime I wasted, the money I paid for my monthly subscription went to waste even now nobody bothered to call or come to attend to my problem, even now I dont have internet access surf4life even my emails meant nothing no one responded or check if I got help you are terrible just leave sky city Same experience I had when I started using their service I received help after weeks 3 Weeks of calling for help , am still here without internet connection Surf4life I literally don't have access to TV I can't work from home, I have to spend more money on data
