Tried to submit a claim. Website extremely difficult to use with them mostly advertising what the sell but when to comes to claims they make sure you don't get the needed info. After a huge struggle I send them an e-mail for a claim for a burst geyser. That was over the weekend on Sunday morning. No response or feedback or acknowledgement of the e-mail. Here already a sign they don't value you as a customer. Waited until Monday morning at 09:00, no response, no call. So I called them. Told they will call me back but they didn't. Called again and then cut-off. Called a third time and told they are all in a meeting and extremely busy with calls, since its a Monday. Then why have meetings on a Monday?! Was told that I just have to wait for 24 hours to be helped.... so in other words when they have time, as if I have time as a customer? They lost me as a customer today. Not valued. Ha, to think when you call them they say "your call matters to us", no it doesn't!
Items still not delivered. No answer when calling, no response for weeks on numerous e-mails. I think these guys stole my money and disappeared.... Be VERY CAREFUL before placing any orders.
Order Gamo Pellet Rifle. Verified with them that they had stock. No delivery and after 3 attempts to get feedback no feedback given. Disappointed as I expected excellent service as per other customer reviews but have not seen any.
Very bad customer service at Castle Gate. Staff just chatting and when you ask them to help they are very unfriendly. If you complain about the service they invite you to go somewhere else. Nice, that is what I did and will do in future!. Thanks Chamberlains for great customer service. No wonder they have such good reviews and Builders such bad reviews on Hello Peter.
Excellent customer service. Always willing to help and assist. Not like Builders where you have to beg for service - that is if you get someone working... Well done Chamberlains for servicing your customers.
Ordered items, only half delivered. Did not receive the rest and no response from supplier after numerous attempts. On their website they say they are there 24/7. Ha, what a joke. They are NOT THERE 24/7 but can order and pay 24/7.... Be careful of these guys. Seems like they are just the middle man? Rather buy direct.
Ordered items via website they said had stock at Erasmus Park, 3km from my home. Deliver "estimated" 3 weeks after my order. They do not answer any calls or respond to any of me e-mails where I ask for my money back. These guys are crooks. They say they have stock, yet steal your money and no way you can get it back. Think about it, if they take millions of rands via online orders and keep it in their bank account, imagine their cash flow and interest. Its all about themselves, their money and no care in the world for their customers. They have the most unhelpful and unprofessional staff I have ever seen. This will be the last I will ever buy from them again! Mark my word, in 5 years they will be gone.
Opened a unit trust. Was quick and easy and in less than 2 hours I received confirmation document. Well done!
Was recently there to fit smash-and-grab on replaced rear window. They did a great job, gave excellent service and advice and all their staff friendly and helpful. Whish there were more companies like you!
I usually don't give positive reviews (there are hardly anyone deserving) but I must commend Allan Gray Client Service Centre for quick and efficient service. Well done for always responding quickly and always giving the best advise and service. Perhaps you must offer training courses to 10X and SATRIX !
