Absolutely horrible service. There was an error on my delivery adress. The driver was totally unhelpful and rude as he cut my call whilst speaking. He then goes ahead and cancels my order without my permission. All what was needed was to listen to me whilst directing to my location.Yes i agree each institution has rules, regulations and polices however its totally rude to shut of a paying customer.

Placed an online order 4 days ago. No email or sms sent to pick up order. Today I receive a notification my order was collected. Totally ridiculous!

Take alot Delivery
Absolutely disgusted with the delivery. I had to leave home for an emergency. The driver called me, I had liased with my neighbor in this time to fetch the order and had instructed the driver to drop of. He didn't even allow me to finish speaking and cuts the call. Totally rude!
