Centurion Mall Branch Went there yesterday to get a new phone and oh my goodness! The staff were so friendly and helpful! We did have to wait a little for the timed safe, which is understandable, so if you go, please be aware that you have to make time for that - probably at other stores too. The biggest impression for me was this one guy, I can't remember his name, but goodness he was amazing! The system struggled to register the sim card that was supposed to come with the phone - it kept failing (an MTN issue we're VERY fami**** with as a decades long loyal MTN customer) and he was like: "Sir, do you need the sim card?" and I was like: "Nope!" and he was: "You've waited long enough, you can pay." boom, done! I was floored! I wanted to hug him, hahaha. They are superstars and I'd recommend them any day!!
OH MY GOODNESS! Use them - like for real! Keep your other service, because they are still expanding and are busy sometimes, but seriously, whenever you can, rather go with Wanatu. They are so friendly, so professional and they are so cool, I just want them to take the scenic route, hahaha. AMAZING service and I prefer them ANYTIME EVERYTIME!
An incredible group of people. I've had the pleasure of being on contact with them for advice and they have given incredible advice. If you want a stunning legal insurer who truly believes in you and your case - go Clientele Legal! I recommend them without any hesitation. We have worked with other of the sort and they've let us down every time. Clientele is the difference!
I was so blown away by the sign up process and the call center, I wanted to give them a review. I used the call back feature from the website and they phoned me back in less than 24hrs. I spoke to Edward Nkadimeng and he told me about how the policy works and how I would be able to claim and so on. Incredible!! I did want to shop around a bit more, so he said I would be able to do the sign up online as well. There was a glitch with our connection and so my signup online was unsuccessful, though they did capture my details. I used another callback and they phoned me again, and a lady, I didn't catch her name, helped me confirm my details and activate it. Everything went very well! SUPER service! This morning - I got another call from Edward (and I recognized him immediately) making sure that I was successful in my sign up and even made sure my policy is active. I have no words for this kind of service! IN_CRE_DA_BLE!!! Thank you!
WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!! We have been with them for a few months now and I am over the moon!! We switched to their lowest uncapped package from prepaid, because it just made sense too and were already wowed by the value and stability. Recently, there was some technical problems with the tower our connection is tied to, so they switched us to another tower. I thought about asking, but didn't know if they could from their side, without it being a headache, and they did it without me asking! THAT IS SERVICE!!! Blown away by their quick response and incredible help! If you're looking for a FANTASTIC ISP, AXXESS all the way!
So we had a toilet starting to leak and we only needed a seal kit to replace the seal that wasn't closing properly and builder's had it online, but not in the stores, so we ordered it. After waiting a few days, I noticed that it wasn't coming and I wasn't getting any notifications, but my order was cancelled and re-issued 3x. I contacted support to find out what happened - supplier issues... We managed to find it at another store who also confirmed that the supplier is a problem. Builders went out of their way to try and source it and make sure we get it, so they get 4 stars. It would've been 5 had they actually stayed in contact with me and informed me the supplier was an issue. The fact that I had to contact them because they had a problem is not good. The fact that they went so far out of their way to source it - 4 stars! :D
I've been with Axxess for a few months now and I have a lot of gratitude for their service alongside MTN. My only issue is that sometimes we do have dropout despite the true connection speed, even outside of loadshedding, but other than that - probably one of the most stable and reliable wireless service providers out there; there is no perfect service. I would 100% recommend them!!! No doubt. If you're looking for an affordable option for wireless internet, with exceptional service - look no further!
I went to them to have a small canvas printed. The quality was the poorest I HAVE EVER seen. The printing was fine, but everything else was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I've seen many many canvas prints and this was BEYOND AWFUL! The print was misaligned, cost me more than other places and was stretched like it was the first day on the job. I am beyond disgusted and will NEVER EVER use them again. They cannot be trusted to make photocopies!!! I'd rather go to the other side of town than use them again! Amateur would be too much of a compliment... On top of that, the service was also poor. I come in and I show what I want it to look like and I mention that I compensated for the stretching to the sides. They copy my image of what I want it to look like and the one with the extended edges and almost proceed to print the wrong one. I then ask how long and they tell me, 12:00. I'm back ~12:15 - no they need more time, because loadshedding. I TOLD THEM WE HAD LS at 12:00!!!!! They print it the size of the A4, leave the edges white and then proceed to misalign and stretch it like a 12yo. NO, just NO. As an artist and a professional I find this quality of workmanship shameful to say the least.
This is a regular KFC I go to - Celtis Ridge. I always get stunning service and the staff already recognize me as soon as I come in and would be quite accurate if I ask them for the usual, LOL. Yesterday was incredible though. Usually, they're quite fast - like seriously, but yesterday, lightning! If I was at the store for like 5mins, it was long! Great service, great staff, great food!
AAAAAGH!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! I had a major problem with my PayPal link and it would not work - email mismatch was the error I kept getting. I was not in chat for 10mins and they helped me sort out the issue! HOW IN THE WORLD do you beat that kind of service!? Speak to them and do what they ask. My previous review of FNB was proven right again, LOL. BEST-BANK-IN-THE-WORLD!
