Good service, for a change
Overall very surprised with the great communication from Makro. The soda water we ordered was old, somewhat flat, but service was pretty good.

No communication, no answer of calls or emails
Not only do you deliver the wrong item, then you don't answer any calls or emails. The management should all be fired. The item I bought is also an online item only. I would rather pay more and go to a company like Takealot than every support Hifi Corp or Incredible connection ever again!

Stay away from this unprofessional company! Mariska Jamneck is absolutely shocking at her job. So unprofessional and rude. I will let every person I come in contact with know what a useless company NA Steel is. If you think you can get away with doing these ***** dealings, think again.

We loved our outig to Val de Vie in Paarl. Food was exceptional, but very pricey. Beautiful location.

Good service
We lost our tickets to see the Russian Ballet, and I went into a panic as my daughter had been waiting months to see it. Contacted Computiclet and they were able to assist. I was surprised at how good the service was. The gentleman I dealt with had started 2 weeks prior and was clearly over qualified to be there but was great.

Staff know what they are doing
Took my daughters laptop in for repairs. We did not know what was wrong with it- we not that tech savvy. They called us at 3pm, laptop was fixed and the staff knew what they were doing. Happy with our experience, will use you again.

Professional, good communication, friendly on the ball staff
Absolutely gobsmacked at your BRILLIANT SERVICE. South Africa is known for its poor service, but the staff at DLA obviously work really hard. We were battling to get a textbook and I told Ryan to call me any day or time. He called me at 19:10 on a Friday evening to tell me their one suppliers has new stock. I went online and ordered it straight away. Britt and Megan called me to see how our kids were settling into their new school and if they were battling with any work. My son had a chat with Britt about his science workpack and booked a Zoom call. My kids have settled in really well. DLA understands that my kids play tennis professionally and they really do a great job of assisting us, especially when they have to travel for away games. We came from a large distance school who just took any student and forgot about them, so moving to DLA was a big relief for us. DLA is more affordable but still pricey in my opinion, so we have extra money to travel with the kids. Unlike other ‘franchisee schools in SA who charge three times the price and offer no communication. Great to be on the DLA parent team. Thank you Megs, Shan, Rich, Britt and Ryan.
