I have lodged a complaint over a year ago. The only update/contact I had was on the 4/02/2025. When Mr Charlton McCarthy was requesting a reply from Mahindra Heidelberg, but ever since then it's been dead quiet but I have been incurring costs. I have told contacting Mr McCathy self or anyone for that matter but to avail as it is extremely difficult to get hold of anyone the ncc. The phone are forever not working or disconnecting or cannot connect when they connect they just ring to no answer. Now, I have a feeling that they already decided to rule in favour of the dealership or my case is just not worth their time. I gutted and utterly disappointed 😡😡😡😡
What an a disappointing, appalling, annoying and insulting experience I had from Cash Crusaders Potchefstroom. I went to sell a 65 inch LED smart that I bought for R9500 2 weeks because the 85 inch TV I always wanted is now o sale to start the guy who has assisting was busy with outside work friends coming in and out while he was busy with me which I found annoying, irritating, disrespectful and unprofessional. Secondly, there was the second guy sitting next to him who suggested that they must give me R2500 for for my TV, essentially meaning I will occuring a R7000 loss. I was prepared to take a loss, as I hardly factored the depreciation factor but I got an insult instead.Worse, their research on the type of TV I had was flowed and the guy who suggested that I be offered R2500 which was found to very insulting said my TV model has been discontinued. When i showed them that they are wrong and they then offered R3500 then changed the price again for further 2 times. Which they settled at R3000. I have been a customer for cash crusaders for a long time selling and buying their Dixon products. This was by far the worst treatment I have ever received. Worse I was contemplating buying a brand new washing machine and a fridge from the in 3 week, but after today. Cash crusaders has lost me and my close associates as clients. Even though it won't make difference or a dent.
I'm extremely annoyed and disappointed in the manner in which I have been treated. Having been a client for a while I am utterly disappointed. I have called and I was requested to send paid up letter to get and offer and did that and I never received a callback as promised. But I called instead, I was told a different story. I have called 6 times in 2 days got 6 different stories. Just as I am writing this I received call from Chantel trying to explain what was trying explain and she also came with another different story. And all was after I explicitly explained that I trying to get things done telephonically it's a challenge for but they still insist that I deal with the telephonically. What surprised Chantel told me that I was quotation which was not true. I'm extremely annoyed, 😡😡😡😡 as I had thought that as an existing client impeccable records with unifi the treatment would be little bit better. But 2 bank statements later, paid up letter and a payslip. They have affected my credit record negatively 5 times for nothing. I am treating like I'm being done a favour. Really disappointing. I never unifi treated their like they me. But they definitely lost me as client. Even though my leaving them as client won't make a difference.
I am extremely annoyed and ****ed. I apparently had a mechanical warranty Since February 2023 which is for two years. The worse thing I don't know anything about this cover and I have trying to cancel I am being sent from pillar to post and I the they send me copy and post Messages. They hardly or never ever respond or reply. Spoke to some named Kelly Sesani/Sesami because I needed a copy of a Policy document, application form I completed as well as the contract copy. As I never received any of these documents. She told me that no one from client service is available and no supervisor/team leader is available. How ironic? The is the biggest **** in the history of insurance. What a pathetic service. I have never worked with M-sure, and I will never ever, ever consider taking any product these people. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
I renewed my vehicle disc via the app on the 24 of December 2024, to this date I still haven't received my disc. When I renewed the disc I factored in the public and did not bother until last week Monday on the 6th of January. Since everytime when I call to enquire I get a different story. Of it not with the courier company, there is information missing and everyone I speak processes me to either receive a callback or they have escalated my query. The last ladies spoke didn't sound interested at in instead they sound annoyed and irritated. Both non of them called back. The last one I spoke was worse. Her name Natasha, she answered the phone and I had to ask for name she sounded, tired and irritated and she was argumentative. I asked her to escalate my calls, so that can speak someone senior. She then put me on hold for 7min and the call cut. And I'm not asking anything from them. I just want my vehicle 's licence disk which I paid for and including service fees. I'm extremely annoyed. 😡😡😡😡😡
I am frustrated with the lack of response and poor service I have encountered over the past 3 weeks. It was a mission and a half to get an authorisation from these people. Now that I got the authorisation, it's even worse to get them to pay the claim. I spoke multiple times with the lady Bonisiwe and the last she told to come down she just started working and she said she is transferring me to her manager and and she dropped the call. The worst experience and treatment I have ever encountered since I ever started dealing insurance or anything anything related. I have lost over R15000 in vacation arrangements I have made but I could to the destination because I can't travel as they not will to pay for my car mechanical warranty which is payed for by myself. I was supposed to have started my vacation on the 13/12/2024. But I am still waiting to travel because they literally refusing to pay for my claim. The worst, of the worst, of the worst. And its for the second time I'm going through this.😡😡😡😡😡😡I will cancel this policy and move to motorhappy or dotsure because I can't deal with such experience ever again.
The worst bank and customer service experience I have ever had called in Spoke a guy called Andrew. Firstly, he answered the call as if he is answering his own personal phone, he did not even introduce himself, I had to drag his name out of him. He was not even interested to assisting me. Worse he asked if I am sure what I know what I'm calling about. What a pathetic
I am disappointed with the service, I was promised a call back on the 16th. Its the 18th and still no call. I'm very annoyed and utterly disappointed
Yesplay needs to fix whatever ever it is that going on there because wow, it has become worse playing on yesplay lately. As a preferred platform for me, what has been happening in the past 3 weeks has put me on the verge of closing my shame coz wow. I am extremely unhappy
