I had a solar system installed by Skip and his team. He as the owner was on the roof helping with the installation. When the system was switched on all went well and everything is working efficiently. The installation is very neat, and I had several compliments as to how good it looks. Very good service and they proofed not to be a fly by night solar installation company because they are still in business. Well, done Skip.
We received exceptional service from Cecilia Kapp at the dealership. She made it a priority to give us what we wanted. I asked to see a vehicle in the color that we liked, and she arranged for one to be brought to the display floor. I came from Limpopo, and she arranged with an agent in Limpopo to do the registration for us as well as the numberplates. No driving back to Pretoria or sending the items via courier. If you think of buying a new car you can definitely speak to Cecilia, because she is passionate about her job and quality customer service. Thank you, Cecilia for the wonderful and friendly service.
I ordered a solar lithium battery from the store in Pretoria. Sylvia said that she will get stock and advise me once it is in store for collection. I came to Pretoria for the weekend and on Wednesday Sylia phoned me to advise that the battery has arrived. When I went to the store for the pick-up I was treated very professionally. It was a real pleasure doing business with someone so friendly and professional. There prices are also very good. I would recommend them. Well, done Sylvia.
I received the worst service at Game Bela-Bela this morning. I wanted to purchase a TV at the store. The assistant helped me and went to check for stock. He came back and said that they don't have stock of that particular Tv however, the store in Kolonade do have. I asked him if he could order one for me from Pretoria. He said he was not sure but would ask his manager (who was standing next to him). I turned to the lady and asked her if they can order a Tv for me. She just looked at me and said nothing. I asked again with no reaction. I asked her if she was in a position to make such a decision and still, she did not say a word to me. I mean if you are in a managerial position, you need to make such decisions. If it was not possible, she could just say No to me, but she did not respond to my questions. If Game employees someone in a senior position and this is the way that they treat a customer that wants to spend a substantial amount at the store it is sad to say that they have employed the wrong person. I will spread the word in my estate that Game Bela-Bela's service is very, very poor. I went and bought my Tv at another store which gave me better service.
I was ordered a gift from Babylonstoren and received a WhatsApp from Aramex their courier company that the parcel is out for delivery. Later that afternoon I made an enquiry as to whether the parcel will still be delivered. I got confirmation that same will be delivered before end of day which is 17h00. Needless to say, no parcel arrived. The next morning, I followed up and found out that the parcel went to Johannesburg CBD. I am staying in Limpopo. It took another 5 days to eventually get the parcel to me. On the box the address was correct and very clear to see. I made contact with Aramex and even Babylonstoren to try and find the parcel. I must say this is the worst courier company that I have ever dealt with. Just look at their Hello Peter rating and it will confirm this. They are causing huge reputational risk to Babylonstoren who pride themselves on their website that goods will be delivered within a specific timeframe.
My wife left her purse at counter at Clicks Bela Mall. She only realised the next morning that the purse was missing. We went to Click and were advised that the purse was locked in the safe in the manager's office. Thank you so much to all the staff at Clicks Bela mall for keeping the purse safe.
My daughter has given instructions to her banker in March 2024 to change her account to a more affordable account Since that date until today the account has not been amended and costs for maintenance fees of R2 520 was still deducted for her account. The baker advised that it take apparently 3 months to change an account. I know the banking industry, and this is a lot of nonsense. I would like for a representative of Nedbank to contact my daughter to rectify this issue and refund her for all these months of taking her money *******ly.
I want to thank Marcel from EZGO for sorting out the new lithium battery on my golfcart. He confirmed to be at my house at 07h00 and he came from Jhb to Limpopo and was on time. His work ethics, friendliness and the respect for his clients is heartwarming. He is a great asset for the company. Keep up the good work young man. Well done.
The solar system was installed with all the necessary safety systems in place. All work was done by the owner himself assisting and managing the process. The required COC certificate was done by an independent electrician. I am happy to be independent from Eskom. Thank you Skip for the work. Well done.
a young man by the name of Reon ***ner of Home-Pro) came to install 3 air conditioners at my house at Negester Klein Kariba. The quality of his work is very good and his work ethics excellent and not to mention the respect he showed towards myself and my wife. I would recommend him for any construction job, installation of air conditioners, maintenance or renovations. well done young man. Keep doing what your are doing and the way you are doing it.
