Very good service from agent Abdullah Clayton. He was very helpful and patient in dealing with all our requirements and changes. Helped us even during our journey. Very responsive! Had a very pleasant journey thanks to Abdullah.
Manager: LEE - Refused to give me his surname. Says it is his right not to and Refered me to the POPI act. Subscribing to Vumatel/Afrihost has been nothing but a nightmare. Installation done on Monday and completed by 8am. Today is Thursday and still no joy. Running the same tests with 20 different consultants since Monday and expecting different results. No plan of action, just continued instructions to run tests and browser links everyday but no internet secured. Manager very arrogant and unhelpful. Feels that he is doing me a big favor by helping me. Does not have customer skills. Still no closer to a solution FOUR days later.
Well done on the customer service received from Phumlani Mthembu ( Woolworths Pavillion) He works in the fragrance dept. He has a great knowledge of the products in store and was very patient while I chose my perfumes. Very good advise. Thank you for being a true ambassador for the woolworths brand. Its not often that we receive such great service and hence I don't want this to go unnoticed. Thanks

No response from their email address - info@liberty.co.za. Brokers can only be seen when selling policies but don't bother about you thereafter. although the continue to be paid commission.
Worst possible service received. No communications. Got to keep calling them for answers on claims. Communications on app is totally ignored. Not one feedback or response

Evaluation of my car for Trade in or purchase of new car. Spoke to manager SUMEN and also sales rep Siya. My car has a full service history with Toyota and also an extended warranty. I called Toyota for an evaluation and was told to come in by SIYA for a written evaluation. I came in and the car was test driven by SUMEN for a 5km run. I have now been told that they cannot give me a written evaluation of my vehicle. It is now the 3rd day. Each time I try to call the calls are being transferred and now I am being told that I should wait WITHOUT A DEFINITE DATE ( INDEFINITELY ) for a response in this regard. Sumen refused to give me the number for his manager but instead dropped the call. Both Siya and Sumen are very poor ambassadors for the Toyota brand.
The response time from Dial direct is very poor. I have been waiting for a response with regards to my premium increase which has been escalated to management.
Your warranty in using Master Audio Visual to do your repairs does not bode well for the makro brand. These guys are very unprofessional and have wasted 2 days of my work leave waiting for them at home, when they said that they are going to deliver my washing machine and have not done so. I tried calling them to no avail. I have been without a machine for 3 days now and no loan unit available. I don't know when they would have my machine repaired as there is no communication from them whatsoever.
