Waste, and it’s so sad that they don’t care about the negative comments and poor rating. It will take one person to come up with a system that will close down all these establishments that care not about customer service
Always preferred Toy Kingdom, this was the final stamp to part ways, order from the 15th is not gonna be delivered until after Christmas, order for the 17th from China is landing 22nd, you’re clearly don’t care about your customers, hence your 2.1 star rating, order from another retailer also coming from CT was delivered already, but you only wanna rely on another useless company Aramex

I wish I we deal with people with compassion for people and how you impact peoples lives, you’ve ruined my credit profile and are taking almost a year to resolve issues in my account, it is clear that RCS will do whatever it takes to ruin peoples lives but nothing to help resolve problems, no feedback or update on my a claim that should’ve been processed in January 2025, we’re now in Sept, at this point any lawyer who wants to go though these comments and assist everyone here at a small percentage would be rich while attacking this **** of a brand.
The fact that I can’t give a review without a Star is a problem. In your hardest times, Do Not go to RCS for credit, you will be harassed and have your credit ruined unnecessarily, please seek other alternative, I’ve had credit with my bank for over 10yrs, not once did I have such problems. Stay away, please. RCS is designed to ruin peoples lives.
I think giving Capitec 1 star is even a waste, they are utter trash, 3 weeks I’ve been waiting for my account to be unlocked, no feedback, no direction, just left in the dark and expected to wait.
Drivers Ed South Africa is a joke, my verification had taken over a week, they use Huru verification system and want to hide behind Huru, they **** about the process taking long, only to find Huru has no knowledge of all this, I ended up doing my verification directly with Huru which took less than a day, asked Drivers Ed for refund and to this day, nothing
I was debited by Vodacom and I’ve never taken a contract, their 082135 and 0821947 is useless. No option to speak with an agent.
I can’t believe Telkom has done absolutely nothing to improve their Call centre service, all these reviews mean absolutely nothing to them. A Zanele Khumalo, Thabi Dlamini and Nqobile Mtolo were all useless, 3 people one Call centre, that simply means the whole company is a ****hole, retrench and re hire because there are people out there who are still willing to work, and I mean retrench from Management because clearly the f*** starts from the top.
