We handed in a bracelet for repairs at Pandoras Loch Logan Waterfront Bloemfontein on 30 December 2025. We gave clear instructions that we should be called with a quote before repairs are done. I visited the store today (20 January 2026) to find out why no one has called us afyer so long. The staff are rude and not at all helpfull. They just said that they will call them. I asked them to do it now as I am not from Bloenfontein. Their answer is that they cant. Do they not have a phone or are they just caught in their ****?
My outstanding item on order #199824357 was supposed to be delivered after 31 days (PATHETIC), but now that date has even been pushed back to 02 February! This is really ridiculous!!!! If a supplier cannot commit to an order, why even sell it to the public!? I did not make you wait 37 days for your money!! Is this the norm for Takealot? And if so you should change your promise of delivering within 6 - 9 business days on the site/app!!!! I could have walked to JHB and back and would still beat Takealot delivery time!
Not good at all. I have to reboot your router every 20 minutes. Had my ISP look and they found that on their side everything is 100%. They even sent you proof of my fibre dropping time and again. For nearly 20 days now, Evotel has done NOTHING to fix their ****!!!!! You can not even contact this pathetic business!!! Sent mail, but no response. Pathetic........ !!!!!!!! Please people do not let your ISP sign you with these clowns!!! Rather just go with Openserve!!!!
We have rented a bakkie from Europcar while mine is repaired. Reservation no: 500147150 Vehicle: Ford Ranger Registration: LH17KR GP When I received the vehicle, I told the Welkom office that there is NO tools (wheel spanner etc). At first, I was told to drive it like that and to call the number on the disk holder if anything happens. I tried calling that number 7 times with no luck. I demanded to have those items in the bakkie as it is a necessity. I am struggling now to get something as simple as that (which should have been there to begin with) since Tuesday 20th. It is now Friday and today a wheel spanner (which was bought at Midas) was given to me. I cannot do anything with that as the rest of the kit is still not there. So, I cannot take off the spare tyre if the need is there. Surely this is something that cannot be allowed because if I don't have those in a vehicle it is seen as unroadworthy. So Europcar gives out unroadworthy vehicles to customers but accept full payment!!! This rental is for 10 days (initially), but for 5 out of the 10 days, I am not able to use the vehicle as it is unsafe to use. I also have not been able to get hold of anyone at Head Office (I have tried 11 times as well as 9 calls and WhatsApp messages to Welkom branch). So Europcar firstly gives out unroadworthy vehicles and also *****s my money for 5 days use which I now dont get becaise of their incompitence. The Welkom office has one excuse and lies after the other. But, from Tuesday up to today, the issue is still not sorted out. The Johannesburg office called me today to inform me that they will be bringing me another bakkie and assured me that everything is there. When the vehicle was coming, I received 2 SMS's that the driver was speeding (98 in a 60 zone as well as 113 in 60 zone) which I am sure Europcar is now also going to try and hold me accountable for the recklessness of their driver. When the bakkie arrived, the parts needed to get the spare wheel off in case it's needed, was also NOT there. I have not received any communication from ANYONE at Europcar, as they could not be bothered if the client has a problem or not, as long as they get their money then they dont care.

Discovery is now being sly at the cost of the members. My contribution for 2023 has been R6692 and MSA at about R10500. Now you inform me that my contribution will be R6954 and MSA R8172. The MSA for 2024 is about R3000 LESS than in 2023, but the contribution went up. HOW IN THE WORLD do you justify this scheming of Discovery?? This is just plain *****!!!! You need to give me an answer to this before I take this further!!!! This is just ridiculous and unacceptable as you are now exploiting already under pressure members!!!!
On 9 Nov I had a heart attack and was immediately taken in to theatre in Rosepark Bloemfontein. The Specialist requested authorisation for stents to be inserted. Authorisation was given. Now all of a sudden Discovery say they only pay for 2 stents and the other 2 is my problem. There is no such thing on my medical aid documents where it states that. I spoke to a very helpfull (NOT) lady at Discovery and explained everything and the specialist also sent a motivational letter, but still they say I must pay. When you bunch of "skrlms" take my money, you dont see me changing our contract anf withholding my money.
Dink mooi voor julle by die plek n voertuig wil koop!! Ek het n voertuig kontant by hulle gekoop na ek gesê was dat die kar niks makeer nie en dat die papiere in orde en op datum is. Dit was GLAD nie die waarheid nie! Na 21 dae kan hul my nogsteeds nie voorsien met die kar se NATIS dokumente nie en het elke dag n ander verskoning, Tydelike permit het al verval en ek kan dus nie voertuig registreer nie. Dink mooi mense!!!!
Human Auto Ford Welkom Two weeks ago I reported an issue with my bakkie steering rack as well as radio that is faulty. When it went for a service, the mechanic only did a hard reset of the radio and a new steering rack was ordered. When I took the bakkie back last week I told them that the radio was still switching off by itself, freezing and searching for stations. They then told me that the steering rack was replaced and the mechanic also reset the radio again. On Monday I told them that the bakkie is swerving a lot on the road now all of a sudden and the radio is still NOT fixed. I was told to bring the bakkie in on Tuesday afternoon which I did. Just now, I went to Ford to find out what is happening now. I saw that my bakkie was standing outside and NO work was done up to today. So it was standing there for 2 days and no one did anything to sort out a clients vehicle!!!! This is totally unacceptable as this vehicle is used for business purposes and a loan vehicle can only get me so far. I have to travel far in the next 2 weeks (Eastern Cape and Northern Cape) and will need a vehicle with a canopy for safety reasons. This is not a new problem, as this vehicle was there last week for the exact same reasons and I feel that leaving a comeback for 2 days without doing anything is really pathetic as well as disrespectfull. It makes me wonder how long it would have been there before someone looked at it, if I did not go there today! I now understand why some of my friends rather prefer to take their vehicles to Kroonstad branch. I was told now that I can get the vehicle tomorrow and they will let me know when to bring it to be fixed. So it must go in a third time for the same issue that should have been done right the first time. Every day my bakkie is standing there (not being worked on) I loose time and effectively money. Is Ford going to re-imburse me for that? NO they are not!
I stopped at your Shell Ultra City Bloemfontein yesterday. I was totally disgusted with the standard of the restrooms. Its was extremely smelly and very dirty. I attach photos taken of this mess. The really bad part is that right after I came out, a member of Management went into the restrooms. I waited to see if something will happen, but to my surprise he just finished, said nothing about it and left. Shocking!!!! If the health inspector had to walk in there he would surely have a fit. If this is the type of standard that Shell approves, then you are going to have a big problem. I sent a mail to shell of which they received and told me that I would be contacted, but up to now I have not been contacted by anyone. It seems the strategy of Shell SA is to hide long enough and hope the problem dissapears by itself. PATHETIC!!!!
