Is this website legit or a ****? Because one can instantly deposit but withdraw is almost impossible what happening Jackpot city!?!?!?!?!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Clicks' Online store. After paying for delivery on two products, I only received one. I was told the second product was "not available." However, I showed them that it was indeed available, which made me feel as though they were being dishonest. I made it clear that I didn't want a refund-I wanted the product I paid for, since I had already covered the delivery fee & ordered both items. Instead of correcting the issue, they told me the product was "only available online" but that exactly where I bought it! Where is the logic in that? Eventually, I requested a cash reimbur*****t. Shockingly, I wasn't refund in full-the money has been trickling back to me in piecemeal payments. For a big company like Clicks, I would have expected a quick, full refund, especially since it was their mistake. The online team gave me the runaround for no reason, showing no accountability for their error in not packing my lip gloss. The lack of transparency, the excuses, and the unprofessional attitude left me a very.....sad they treated me like I was nothing. Clicks' online shopping service has left much much more to be desired. After this frustrating and unprofessional experience, I don't think I will ever shop online with them again.
I am BEYOND dissapointed with the service from Dstv MultiChoice. Despite making an early payment to ensure no disruptions, our account was disconnected, and I faced unexpected extra charges. The logic behind this is baffling..will leave you well it has left me gobsmacked-paying in advance should prevent service issues, not create them! Am trying to understand how our dstv decoder can be in errors for paying in advance? Really!?!? Actually, it feels like when someone at multichoice is hungry for something we in errors of some payment...this time the shock is that my Mom pays inadvance & therefore an additional R300+ is demanded from her! Whereas she pays in full,consistently & faithfully, its a problem!? Now today Big soccer night/day we cannot watch at home because we paid in FULL EARLIER TO AVOID ERRORS..NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR DSTV MULTICHOICE WE OWE THEM!!!! Yes, Dstv Multichoice will punish you for trying to stay ahead of your bills!!! Dstv billing system is *************,unfair & full of ***!

Rocky's professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the store's products are always impressive. He patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable recommendations based on my needs. What truly humbled me was Rocky's kindness and genuine desire to help. It's rare to encounter such a good-hearted individual who goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a positive experience.
I had a disappointing experience with this jewelry store. Despite making an online purchase, my orders were canceled twice without proper explanation. To make matters worse, they only informed me of the earrings' unavailability after I had already paid. It felt as if they didn't value my patronage, offering a voucher instead of resolving the issue. Their lack of transparency and customer service left me feeling unworthy of owing the earrings, even though they were supposedly in stock. Well, my Mom will have pyjamas only for 'Mothers Day' because Lovisa Jewellery left me in the lurch! Their online store service is terrible, was my first onIine purchase from them.....don't want to be treated like that ever again.
