Poor service
Poor customer service and terrible timing when payments are cleared , I'm waiting a lifetime for them to clear payments and then they clear it 12 at night... Always lets me down. I pay almost R300 per month on banking fees , and Capitec clears salaries at work before FNB. Other people using Capitec received their salary on Saturday and I'm still waiting for them to clear my salary. I opened a Capitec account today , soon to leave FNB.

Poor and slow service
Slow to respond in my time of need , puts me on hold for extended periods and for 2 weeks no feedback !!!

Poor service and unprofessional
Nedbank branch in white river is very unhelpful, staff are fooling around and waiting time for me was 2 hours with only 5 customers in the branch and when my ticket got called they were unable to assist me

False information on the website
I bought spares on their website , it stated that everything's in stock . Now they say they are waiting for the parts and they also said that they won't be sending my parcel right away. The website stated 2-4 business days , now they are telling me I must wait untill they have more orders in my area before they send the parts even though I did pay for courier

They send you a message and states that the parcel is out for delivery, but the driver drives past our place and doesn't deliver the parcel on time

Terrible Nelspruit Courier Guy
They are 2 days late with my parcel and the driver **** and said he couldn't get hold of me , and promised to deliver the parcel the next day. I paid for delivery and now they are telling me I have to collect it from them , it's car parts I need to repair my car with
