This company is completely useless, they do not care for their customers. I filed for a refund on the 26th January, and since then i have been calling them, asking if they have processed the refund or have any feedback regarding my request, but they literally don't cate because they would put my line on mute and drop the call, on the 11/03/2026 they said the refund is still not processed. they literally want me to give up on my money. Their manager is never available to assist with this issues, its has been over 90 days now, this is violation of consumer rights. NEVER EVER BOOK THEIR SERVICES.
I have opened an account with Discovery and could log in to the account before the money was deposited, now i can log in to my account, i have been advised to change my password, reboot my phone all sorts of things, but still i am unable to log in, this is so frustrating because i have debit orders switched to this account and now i am the one who have to pay for interest that will incur, I have been waiting on someone to call me back again and tell me what is the problem why cant i access my funds. This is urgent as we have bills to pay, and all we're getting is sorry, sorry, I want a solution, not a sorry. Contact me urgently
I have a contract with MTN, and we have agreed that they debit on the 25th of every month, now they failed to debit end of May and they are not taking accountability that the failed to debit, now they want to debit twice without considering that it is not my fault that they failed to do their job and debit on the agreed date. The consultant was even forcing me to agree that I received an alert and I should contact my bank, but I checked on my statements and no debit order came through on the 25th. The are just fill of *****nse and i am highly disappointed as their service is ****.
I placed an order with Makro on the 28th of January and they estimated my goods would be delivered on the 30th, and i rescheduled the delivery to the 31st. Today is the 06th of February and i have not yet received my delivery, i called their call centre yesterday and was assured my query would be resolved but i have not received any communication, this is such an inconvenience and frustrating because i have to go to work and get other things done, but they are taking their time to deliver. The have debited my account on the same day i placed the order.
I went to buy food (All star box) I paid at the self-service machine, however, it did not give me the order number, i swiped twice because the machine kept saying Decline but the money was deducted from my account, i showed the manager and all I got is its, not their fault I should wait for a refund, i have never been inconvenienced like that and disappointed and frustrated. because the money went out twice from my account.
I have been trying to place an order from the KFC app, but for some reason, the app doesn't pick up the location, it's so frustrating because the old app was so easy to navigate and place an order, but now I have to drive all the way when I can just order and deliver.
I had booked accommodation at 1 on Albert Cape Town and our host was Jose, this accommodation was booked in July already for December, at the last minute on the 24th of November I received an email that our reservation had been canceled, which really frustrated me me because the reason this was booked early its because I knew its a bit expensive to book accommodation later especially Cape Town, this really left me frustrated and now we do not have accommodation because of the late cancellation, never trust Jose the host, now we are left with all the mess to sort out. I am very disappointed at the level of service and non-caring attitude.
I am highly disappointed with the service I received from DStv MultiChoice... I had a contract with them for 24 months ( price lock) from June 2021... Now that my contact has ended and didn't want to renew it I called sometime in April to advise them to cancel my contract but I was told that my contact was renewed without my knowledge and the contract is left with 22 month... So this was done without my consent.. I have asked for the call recording but they can't even provide it...I have been going back and forth no solution... this is so frustrating...
