I've ordered a Sealy King Xl bed on the 28th of Nov 2025 via Mojo Beds (it was a black friday deal). On the 15th of Dec, I decided to send Mojo Beds an email to find out where the heck my bed is.. just to be told that they are waiting for a delivery and whatever.. today is the 20th of Dec, and guess what? I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY BED 😐 I'm being asked: "Are you will to change the order to a standard length?".. WHY WOULD I ORDER XL AND PAY FOR XL IF I WANTED SL? 😒 No communication was sent out AT ALL until I reached out and enquired. I'm highly dissatisfied.. pathetic service from Sealy AND Mojo Beds!!!

Absolutely pathetic experience with Uber Eats app. I ordered Mochachos ONLY because I got a notification from my Uber Eats app stating "Enjoy 90% off up to R100" so I ordered for us food.. my total was R108.71, I then realized I have my expired card details and went to add my new card, still thinking my total wouldn't change.. but low and behold .. I wasn't even given the discount at the end.. and when I request a refund as it's their issue, they advised that there's nothing that can be done. So guys, rather take a drive and go pay less at the restaurant instead of falling for their ****.
Very disappointed with Absa Credit Card devision. I had a credit card for years, and finally wanted to close it. I tried calling them, no answer, so I went into the Southdale branch (in March), told them I needed to close that account before I'm billed further. They asked that I pay the R60 balance and they've sent a request to close it. It is now almost June, and I'm getting emails stating my credit has an overdue amount!!! Pathetic service from Absa!
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VODACOM! I took out wifi with Vodacom in Nov 2023, it's now Feb 2025, and not once did they debit my account. I've had endless phone calls, and emails trying to give them my banking details, however, till date, I've had to do manual payments every single month. They keep charging me an "unpaid fee" which is clearly not my fault, yet I've had to pay it to be reconnected. Not even mentioning how horrible this contract has made my credit score!! I'm extremely unhappy with the service received from them and wish I had signed with another network.
I wanted to sell my bakkie, contacted We Buy Cars, they gave me an offer, which I accepted, and signed the agreement. Thereafter, they asked me for the contract between myself and the guy we bought it from. Which we provided. Then they asked about another person that bought the bakkie from me, but we refunded him, I showed them proof of payments for everything. I even got an affidavit (Which is a legal document) but that still isn't good enough 😕 they now want me to get affidavits from the previous owners (which we don't even have contact with). The vehicle is on MY name, I have the original license papers, but still, they're giving me stories everytime we contact them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
PATHETIC! My daughter has been using Huggies since she was born, however with size 5, I've noticed she's been getting REALLY BAD rashes on her inner thighs. This happened twice in the last year, so I changed her brand to the Clicks one, but I tried it again, hoping it would be different. I made a complaint to huggies, and I advised that we used around 10 nappies (max) and then the rash started, so we got the Clicks one again and the rash is gone. I told them that I paid R189.99 for the pack of 56, they have the audacity to give me a "gesture of goodwill voucher" of R89.99, so that doesn't even cover HALF of what I paid!!! I'm extremely disappointed with this brand, and I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this nonsense.
Best service all the time!! Everytime I have an issue regarding my Cheque Account, they assist and resolve the issue within a day! 👏🏽 Moving from Absa to FNB was the best choice I've ever made.
Really pathetic service from the UIF!! I've submitted a maternity claim in Feb 2022, till now I haven't received anything stating whether or not my claim has been approved. Everytime I call them, they escalate it, but still nothing! They were quick to deduct from my salary, but can't pay!
