I came to FNB Bank at the Glen Shopping Mall. I had a most complex matter to have attended too . I was assisted by a Manager by the name of Mr Reuben David's In a matter a half an hour all required documents were obtained and emailed to me and forwarded to my service provider who had requested them . I must commend this gentleman on his level of patience and level of efficiency and professionalism . Thank you Reuben
On the 12 February 2025 i tried logging onto my FNB mobile app i could not as i had to make urgent payment for vehicle repairs so i had to go to an FNB auto teller at the Dions center in Alberton area . I inserted my card punched in the pin the auto teller shut down saying out of service the ****ing thing swallowed my card . With a big battle to make this payment I logged on and eventually made payment . Later I tried logging on to to the mobile app to cancel my card i must have trid 20 ****ing times the app would not show me my cards and gave me an error saying error empty no cards. I went to FNB Bracken city on 14 to cancel the card and order a new card I explained to the administrator that helped me the card was retained by their machine and I would not be charged 160 rand for a new card I was informed that the charges would be reversed from my account. I have been checking since then and no ****ing charges have been reversed I went online to use the secure chat box this proved totally useless as these idiots are ****ing *********** today is the 20 Feb 2025 and these ****ing charges have still not been reversed as i requested . This is **** ****ing service . Is this what clients must be happy with what a **** bank with **** service. I gave a 1 star rating if I had the option I would have given them a 0 rating . ****ing useless .
A month or two back the play lotto on the Capitec mobile app was not functional because the lazy *********** ****es at Capitec Bank do **** all to get it up and running the way it should . Just the way their ****ed up Goverment give **** non existent ****ing service delivery so it's become and acceptable ****ing norm. What a useless bunch of ****ers
About a month back I was refered to the the British High Commission South Africa as the company I was refered to by the magistrates court in booysens a company called DIRCO. They could not assist me and refered me to the British High Commission South Africa. The person I received an email from a Mrs Stewart Miller mailed me as she had read all correspondence from DIRCO. All this woman did was refer me back to HMPO in the U.K. who are the very arrogant and ****ing useless bunch if idiots that refuse to assist me in any way all they all do is give you the ****ing run about and shunt you from pillar to post with all their ****ing red tape and their ****ing rules and procedures I have the right to information as I am kin to the person I make inquiry about I have the legal grounds and right to information which I am being refused. This person at the British High Commission South Africa has the authority and access to the information I require but she is to ****ing lazy to assist me but chooses to brush me off and give me the same run about. I requested per email a simple document from them and they have not even ****ing responded is this how these assholes go about their daily business. I am totally ****ing annoyed and disgusted. And their website is not only useless not to mention non user friendly in any way you don't know whether you are coming or going .It stinks
I normally went to Alberton Meat World and i found the service there was always really good despite the day or time. I've relocated so now I use the camaro crossing meat world . I've been there a good few times but I must say the service behind the butchery counter is the worst ever I complained on more than one occasion to the manager but it simply does no good I went there again on Tuesday 5 November 2024 the place was very quiet there were at least 6 blockmen and persons working behind the counter nobody acknowledged me or ordered to assist me . I walked out not purchasing what I went there for . I think it's just their **** attitudes and vile customer serve culture not to mention the lack of management at that place it's disgusting to think that a business can operate and be reknowened for any form of excellence. I'm appalled.
I was retrenched in July 2023 . Since then I've tried applying for jobs via many web sites without any responses or job offers . The one site that I find to be the biggest load of donkey **** is LinkedIn there are a bunch self serving hyped up jumped up load of self serving ****ers on that site who do nothing and have a lot to say about **** all . They really think connecting to someone and having some stupid meaningless jabber about **** all helps in any way or wishing some assholes a happy birthday or happy anniversary is meaningful in any way it's not singing gumbaya in the church choir has or around the camp fire has more meaning . People on these site simply don't give a **** about anyone else but themselves and all their ****ing accolades it the biggest load of **** I've ever come across . A total waste of ones valuable time . For **** sakes .
It been days now that the play lotto on the mobile app does not work as well as on many tmies prior to recently . And the ****ing assholes do not get it up and running . My question to these donkeys is why have it as a service on the app if it never ****ing works remove the ****ing **** then its in nobody's ****ing way you bunch of ****ing disgusting idiots
I went to the Dept of Home Affairs Ennerdale on 20 June 2024 to apply for my unabridged birth certificate. All relevant documentation that was supp**** to me together with all other documents that were requested by the official that assisted me were completed and submitted to the official copies of the documents I had completed were given to me together with a receipt of payment made for R75 two contact numbers that were written down on the receipt which I was told to call between 6 to 8 weeks . On the 12 August 2024 I tried calling these two numbers 011 776 9376 and a mobile number 083 600 6345 no reply to either . On 21 August 2024 I sent a whatsapp message to the mobile number and only got a simple response saying application not yet processed 5 days later. On 19 September 2024 I tried calling the mobile number no reply I sent another whatsapp message no response today is the 25 September 2024 two more calls made today no reply . This is the kind of service delivery we proud South Africans be satisfied with . These government officials are appointed into these positions and paid salaries each month but this is the kind of incompetence we must put up with its so disgusting. The service delivery absolutely stinks.
I went to dept of home affairs in ennerdale jhb on the 20 June 2024 to aquire my unabriged birth certificate. I arrived there and submitted all document and paper work given to me to complete I received a receipt with the date stamped on the receipt . I paid the required levies and I was informed that the document was not available immediately I would have to wait 6 odd weeks for the document on the 24 August 2024 i tried calling the two numbers given me on the receipt and guess ****ing what not one asshole answered the calls . I sent a whatssapp message to the alternate numer and only 5 days later i got a responde On the 26 August 2024 saying my documents have not bee processed . That is to date going onto 13 weeks and i have not received my document. Is that not ****ing **** service for you that's the kind of service we ad South African citizens have to be happy with when we go to these useless mismanaged government run offices . They are ****ing useless at doing their jobs no matter where you go it's the same old ****ed up service . How ****ing disgusting.
I had reported to SARS Alberton Branch over the past 12 odd years to do my annual tax returns amongst other related matters and i must say that the service has always been really good . And I say that because the Branch manager Mrs Jennifer Kotze ensures that the high standard is maintained it really needs to be said . Always a breeze . Like any there obviously are problems with this or that but for the most part the service is excellent .Thank you
