I have been trying to settle my credit card with Nedbank, I have been speaking to 3 different consultants and none of them can help. This is the most pathetic bank with horrible service. None of them can give me the correct account number, and the app has not updated the account number. What a disgrace from a big bank......
I wanted to buy a motorcycle they advertised at the PMB branch with 5100 km on the clock. Even though the vehicle was B rated I phoned the branch and the sale representative assured me that it only needs new tires that is the reason for the B rated status. I told him that I would like to view and his reply was I have to pay 2500 holding deposit. I did that and went through to the branch to inspect the vehicle. Luckily I did as the bike was in a huge accident and the clocks were altered. I told them that I will not take the bike as it is falsely advertised and actually a wreck. The rep instructed the admin lady to put the deposit back onto the AR account which they did. It is now over a week that I struggle for them to pay the money back into my account. I have filled in consumer complaint forms and up to date no reply. They are very quick to take your money as deposit but are not willing and just as quick to pay you back. What a frustrating experience.

Please do not use this company, they should close their doors immediately. I have taken my vehicle in for an oil leak and sensors that was activating all on its own. Ford Amanzimtoti took the vehicle in and came back with an astronomic price to fix the oil leak. R55000.00. I have spoken to the manager and the incompetant service guy called Ershin. They explained to me that this needs to be done to rectify the oil leak and the Sensor problem. I have asked them to know if everything will be correct after this fix and their answer was yes. So knowing that they are the agents i gave them the go ahead. 1 week later they called me to say the vehicle is fixed. Once paid and driving the vehicle back to my house i noticed that the oil leak is still there. I contacted them and they said i should bring the vehicle back. The following day i took the vehicle back. The outcome was there was "another oil leak" and that it would cost additional R21000. I exploded and said i will not pay the amount as the vehicle was in for an oil leak and that should have been rectified first time.. seeing that the oil is still leaking from the same spot where they worked before. Once i had the vehicle back the second time, i saw that it is still leaking at the same spot. Took my vehicle back now for the third time. After two weeks of my vehicle in their possession, they contact me and said now the head cylinder is leaking and it would cost an additional R60 000 to fix. I have refused as i have already paid for a leak that was there and still is there. I have contacted Miosa and i have handed it over to a legal team who will fight this. Please do not use this company as they do not know when it is day or night time. Absolutely pathetic for a so called "Agents" company.
I am busy with a claim through momentum and I am absolutely dumbstruck about the lack of communication. My motorcycle has been ****** and I have to phone constantly to find out what is happening. Answers I get is they cannot find a valuation certificate for the vehicle that is ******. Quite funny that my wife phoned and gave all details regarding this bike and they could immediately come up with the price to insure the same vehicle. I am very annoyed with them at the moment. Let's get this sorted out ASAP
No answer from their customer service. Then eventually they answer and I get the incorrect information. I have asked them to remove a unit and install it in my new vehicle. Customer service instructed me to cancel my existing contract and ask for a new one. Cancellation department sends me an email stating that the contract only expires next year April. Now I don't have any unit but still the debit order goes off. I wonder what will happen if a vehicle is ******. Absolutely a disgrace. Seems like all over SA that there are people in their departments that don't belong. No work ethic.
Absolutely disgraceful, we have been given the run around about the re installation of our unit. It has been 4 weeks now and still it is only promises. The only reply we get is that the case has been escalated to the relevant department in KwaZulu Natal. But yet nothing happens. The installation company that is a third party installers has phone last week Wednesday and made an appointment for Thursday. Thursday late afternoon we get a call that they must postpone it to Friday. So Friday came, guess what.....no phone call, no one arrived to do the installation. Yet again we contacted the company with a query. Same as before, "sorry for the inconvenience, we have forwarded to the relevant department". Absolutely a disgrace of a company....won't see business from us again. Please don't sell your vehicle and rely on them to do a re installation. Debit order stopped and will revert to a different company for their service.
I opened a business account 5 months ago. Yet I am still waiting for the card to arrive at the branch. No communication from the bank or the branch at all. Yet today I receive a harrassment letter from a lawyer's office that my account is in arrears. I have not even used the account yet alone received the card to utilise the account. I have been to the Amanzimtoti branch about 2 months ago to query about the card. All answer I got was they are waiting for the courier. This is the worst bank I had to deal with. I will never recommend anyone to use this bank. Absolutely a disgrace.
