I have sent a numerous amount of emails and messages regarding my account that I am struggling to login thefeore I have not been able to pay.
I have struggled for 2 years to get answers from this company. I have been placed under debt review for I don't know which reason I have not signed any papers or anything. My ID was ****** at a point I did send the relevant documents as requested as proof and all that was said they will get back to me. This is affecting my credit which is very unfair and causing problems. I want assistance please and this rectified.
This is ridiculous. Blue Label connect has once again double deducted from my account. I emailed and WhatsApped them for this problem and still nothing. How does their contracts work?????
I am once again very disappointed in Blue Label connect. They phoned me 3 times to confirm my payment date and still they deduct earlier than my debit order date. I want my money back. This is why I say they keep breaching the contract by doing as they please. What about us customers what about our rights. Something needs to happen now.
I am highly upset. Our order is at Meili Logistics they refuse to release my parcel as they recon it was cancelled but I have proof nothing is cancelled. WHAT NOW!!
We have ordered goods a few weeks ago already. We have proof of payment of everything and still we have not received the parcel. This is ridiculous. What is going on??
I received a call from The Unlimited awhile ago due to me wanting to cancel my prescription as I don't receive the service that I pay for. Again I sent emails upon emails but still nothing. I am trying to cancel but am still struggling. Please I need assistance. Thank you
I am very disappointed. Since I have this phone is have complained. Every time a consultant contacts me to solve the problem I get told they will speak to the manager and phone me back and I am still waiting. I get told my contract is nearly finished then I may cancel it then again another call asking if I am happy with everything I complain about the same problem and I do not get assisted. I pay but the service is terrible. You pay for a phone that is supposed to be great for the amount being paid but it's not. It seems like companies may sell bad products and get contracts signed and agreed knowing you may not cancel if you unhappy but they get you fall into there bad products that is not fair.

I am not happy with Blue Label connect. Last month they took 2 payments from me. When I reported it to Hello Peter they resolved the problem and said my payment will go off on the 3rd of each month. Now last night the 27th of June I received a notification that Blue Label connect deducted money.. now I ask why give a customer payment options but they do as they please. Seriously is this going to continue happening every month???
