Friendly staff
I send a parcel to my friend by making use of pep. She received it within a week. Thank you to all the people at PEP who bring our loved ones closer by giving us the opportunity to send them gifts.

Horrible Call Senter
You gave good service in the past but it is impossible to contact you to update my billing information. The call center is a mess.

Call Center are not great
The delivery people and people who make the food are good. The only head ace is the people at the call center. They sometimes let you down. It happened more then once that I was famished waiting for my food and had to call two or three times before I got my order.

Stop asking for R2
You are always asking for that R2 but when local schools ask for donations then you give nothing. I am always confronted by hungry dirty beggars in front of KFC in addition to your R2 that you ask for.

Clicks at Fountains mall is the best
Clicks in Fountains mall in Jeffreys bay is excellent. I love your deals where I buy meal combos. I am happy to collect my medication from your Pharmacy because you have the nicest and fastest service. I always get helped quickly and I am very impressed.
