Yesterday the family and I vistited the curry house in gateway thearte of shopping.IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.THE FOOD WAS WAS SO DIVINE...CAN TASTE THAT THE FOOD WAS OREPARED WITH LOVE.THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
Unhappy IRATE CUSTOMER I went to the branch for an enquiry.I was asked weather I want to upgrade my card I said yes I don't mind.Gone over a month I never get no sms to pick up my card yet on my app I see my account Is already upgraded.So I visited the branch they advised me my card was not ordered and they made me call the card division.They took my work address down and ASSURED ME I WILL HAVE MY CARD DELIVERED.IT IS ALMOST A MONTH AND NOTHING...NO CONFIRMATION NO DELIVERY NOTHING....Why am I paying higher bank chargers but still using my old card that is absolutely old that I cannot even see my card number etc...I am disgusted that until now I have not received my card.Am I not valued as a customer ???
I am so disappointed.I had a uber eats account and i subscribed to the R50 uber one benefit for free delivery....after a few months i canceled that benefit and deleted that uber eats account and until now r50 id being deducted from my account.I even forgot the details i used to register on that account seeing that i changed phones...i would like this company to work with honesty and integrity and stop this SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY AND REFUND ME MU MONEY BACK
I am so ****ed off i got a sms from this company saying that my virgin active gym contract was handed to them i called them yesterday to settle it because i do no not want my credit score getting affected over such a small thing.They have not called me back.No ethics whatsoever I wasted over R200 airtime yesterday waiting on the line for somone to answer
I am so irritated that i paid my truworths account 2 months ago i have wrote on hellopeter and i have also called them and they did assure me they will clear it from my profile but until this day nothing.
i am so disgusted as i had a account with truworths and it was handed to mbd i have went to truworths paid up my account,staff at truworths advised me to call mbd to close the account off more then r200 airtime got wasted for waiting on the line.Its so ***ing annoying honestly,you'll need to call me,you'll can call 100 tines for payment but once we made payment nobody bothers to call.Why are you'll not complying with the FAIS ACT BY BEING FIT AND PROPPER

I had a loan with you guys 5 years ago and i stopped paying so nedbank handed my account to BANKCOL international.December 2023 i was called by BANCOL INTERNATIONAL they have given me a 50% discount to settle and close my account i agreed and i paid them on the 14th DECEMBER 2023 uptill this day i am running from piller to post for a paid up letter.THIS IS REALLY RIDICOLOUS
I am really getting frustrated waiting for my paid up letter,i spoke to someone named sharleen she advised me that she will get back to me regarding my paid up letter,mind you i spoke to her a week ago and to date NOTHING.I called today multiple times nobody bothered to assist me,only telling me they will call me back.This is utter bull**** I REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHY COMPANIES LIKE THIS ARE IN EXSISTENCE.AS PART OF THE FAIS ACT ALL CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE TREATED WITH HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.
I was called in November 2023 as was offered a settlement amount,i have settled my account.I was told after 6 weeks to call nedbank and ask them for a clearence letter,i did so and nedbank advised me that YOUR COMPANY SHOULD LOG A REQUEST TO GET MY PAID UP LETTER.It really annoying having to run around for the paid up letter when you did your part
