Ordered early evening and delivered 9am the next morning. This is amazing service!
Excellent service and stable connection. In almost 3 years I had only two issues. The first was due to failure on Network Provider side (Vuma) which unfortunately took a while to resolve but Mind the Speed were helpful in resolving this. The second issue was sorted quickly and efficiently by Mind The Speed. I would not hesitate to recommend them as ISP
Quick to sell contracts but impossible to cancel once expired. Even trips to Vodacom shop and Vodaworld was waist of time as they can not cancel service. You have to phone 082 135. Good luck if you get an answer on this number and if you do get answer they request you to phone back in an hour because they are experiencing high call volumes???? When you eventually get hold of someone, they log the cancellation and then nothing happens. Think twice before you contract with Vodacom
Excellent service! I ordered online on Monday evening and received the goods the next day. There prices are competitive and they are also prepared to assist with any enquiries and support on the products sold by them. If you need any security products, this is the place to go to.
On 28 November 2020 the data in my data bundle was depleted and as I needed data for a meeting the next day I purchased data via the Vodacom App. The amount was debited to my account but the data was unfortunately not allocated. I phoned the Vodacom call centre to query this and spoke to Maria. She told me that she would have to escalate the matter and log a service request and that it would take 48 working hours to 7 days to resolve. I told her that I can not wait 48 hours as I needed the data the next day. I requested that the transaction be reversed and she said that she had logged a service request for this. I then purchased data from another network operator which unlike Vodacom, allocated the data instantly. I had to spend 32 minutes on the phone call which was waisted as the transaction was not reversed and Vodacom had allocated the data 6 days later. This was after my new monthly data bundle was allocated which renders the purchase of additional data as waisted as it was no longer required. This is unfortunately not where the issues with Vodacom ends. Today Vodacom decided to debit my account with an amount that is almost double my normal monthly debit for my data plan.
Excellent service and fast and efficient response. Friendly and helpful staff.
After spending more than half an hour on the phone and being cut off in the process I managed to arrange for repeat of prescription. I had to spend about 35 minutes in queue and then they could not scan my temperature as their equipment was faulty. I was made to wait while they scanned people behind me in the queue and letting them in. I complained and was told they will call the manager. They still continued to let other people in while I had to wait. Their scanner then finally stopped working and they just let people in without scanning. I complained again and they then made me queue at the prescriptions counter and said they will call the manager. In all this time the manager never bothered to come to me. It took me more than an hour to collect a repeat prescription which was arranged for before collecting. Logging a complaint is also a waste of time as they do not bother to repond. In future I would rather go to a smaller pharmacy were they still care about customers.
Don't bother to order essential items from Game online. When I ordered it was stated that delivery will take 2-5 days. This was later changed to 5-7 days. My order had also not been delivered within the extended time. It is also of no use to query by e- mail as they do not bother to reply. Had I known that I can not rely on their delivery times I would not have bought on line. This is for sure first and last time I buy online from Game.

I had deposited a cheque at an Absa autoteller. This cheque was reversed in my account despite this being honoured by the Payee's Bank. Being referred from pillar to post at Absa and even speaking to Platinum Banker yields no result.

A parcel was sent to me by overnight courier service via Aramex. This was collected by Aramex on 15 December 2016. As at today's date, 5 January 2017, the parcel remain undelivered. There is no point in contacting the Johannesburg office of Aramex. The person dealing with the matter is never available and leaving messages is also of no use as they never phone back. Even requesting to speak to a senior person is of no use as no one is available and once again, promises to phone back is not honoured. The Cape Town office is more helpful and contacting them revealed that a parcel destined for Ferndale, Randburg was sent via another courier to Springbok! The parcel was recalled and sent to Johannesburg. Contacting the Cape Town offices once again, as Johannesburg office is of no assistance whatsoever, reveals that the parcel was sent to wrong addresses, despite confirming the correct address and contact details with Aramex and also being sent to incorrect delivery points. Delivery promised yesterday did once again not take place nor did a promise that someone would contact me materialise. I would certainly not recommend using Aramex as they do not care about service or their customers.
