I've never had a problem with whatever I bought from Epic Deals up until now I bought a xiaomi BW300 camera the camera is fine the issue it doesn't want to pair because it's still linked the previous owner MI home account so it won't pair i called epic deal the consultant and told him the issue i was just told to WhatsApp i did that and even wrote a email since you take forever to reply I'm still waiting for feedback, I'm feed up and disappointed with epic deals I won't buy anything anymore from Epic deals
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with your service. I made a cashout of R600 on the 27th of October, and to this day—over 7 days later—I still have not received my money. This delay is completely unacceptable. Every other time, I receive my funds within 1–2 days, but now I have been kept waiting with no explanation and no update. I urgently need this money to pay my bills, and your failure to process it is causing me serious inconvenience.

Dear Leroy Merlin Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order with Leroy Merlin. The order was never fully delivered, and to make matters worse, some of the items that did arrive were damaged. Specifically, I ordered four wall panels, but only three were delivered. Sanlam is very good in ignoring people' when it's time to pay. Since I submitted required documents for my late mother's investments claim on the 22 of August I haven't recieved any phone call/email/SMS from glacier. I know it's to soon for me to panic but I should have gotten some sort of confirmation by now.!!

I paid for my internet WiFi on the 2nd of this month my data hasn't been loaded I spoke to numerous of your agents but still they give me the same lame response my problem has been escalated I have to wait 24hours!! I work from home now I can't get my work done because of your stupid service!! Load my data or refund me my money back because I can't be paying for NONSENSE!!
