Excellent service delivery and packaging excellent honesty am happy.. they should keep their courier service they use because I have no complaints
Well this was my first time using bash to shop and I must say there services are excellent turn around time for delivery was very fast and package was great no damage
Keneilwe Nxumalo was very friendly and helpful throughout the call in assisting me
We purchased the unlimited WiFi last week they said they will install yesterday they never did keep giving excuses and refusing to refund us
Dylan Naidoo assisted me with what I requested a confirmation letter for my policy and he even went further to explain why it’s requested and even offered to give me quotes on other policies.. even thou I declined he still was professional and friendly giving me excellent service
The food was great my complaint is about the cappuccino.. we buy and don’t receive the free cups on promotion
Consultant called me concerning my account I explained reasons for late payment she noted and sms was sent to confirm arrangement.. two days later I get call saying there no payment I tell the consultant I already made arrangements to pay on the 15th and it’s not the 15th rudely the consultant says we wouldn’t be calling you if you paid just pay and we won’t keep calling you I asked if I made arrangements and you are harassing me and date is not yet pass you can’t tell me rudely that you can call me and tell me the way you want to
I placed my order at half past one on the app delivery was supposed to be 14:20 as it said on the app and confirmation sms received saying my order was received only for me to get my order at 15:00
I placed my order at 14:14 and while tracking my order saw the driver was going out of my area the order went out on time from restaurant but driver took time to arrive only got there an hour after with pizza messed up
I canceled my policy with old mutual abd they asked that I write a letter attaching my ID copy which i did.. Than they sent email acknowledging and confirming cancelation. Only for them to take premium after 3 weeks of cancelation.. I sent email asking them to refund my money as policy is canceled they than rep**** telling me they will only stop premiums after 3 months unless i tell payroll to cancle them. How when they are the ones still taking from payroll even when canceled. Than someone from old mutual signed me up for another policy when i ask them to look into it they telling me to go to the brunch
