In my 20 years of claiming with bankmed I have never had an issue now suddenly for the last 2 months you won't pay out for certain meds because I have gone over the limit and the yearly cycle is from some date per year. It's acute meds that comes off my savings yet you won't claim it, now u have to pay over R500. Why am I paying you monthly for this terrible service?
Returned a pair of slops that constantly chafed my right foot, which means I had to wear it a few times for that chafing to happening, it didn't go away so I logged a return. Return was declined, isn't the consumer protected by the NCA? Don't buy shoes or clothes from takealot, it's just a ****, they will never refund your return.
Tap tap ASAP, what a lie, you guys can't even send a delivery out on time, with perishables in the brown bags and I bet it's not even in a fridge while waiting for a driver, who buy the way will have a very reduced tip. I have a broken sewer pipe on my property and it's washing away the sand under the bricks, I have had to repair my driveway twice now, logged an issue with COCT on Wednesday 14 Feb and was told 1 working day for assessment, I am now on day 2 and no one is bothered to come out and assess never mind fix. The agent said she can't do much, she wasn't exactly helpful either. I said my toilets are blocking up and all I get is "sorry for the inconvenience". And here I thought COCT was supposed to be the best run municipality in SA, well, I was proven wrong, might as well be COJ. But you all want me to vote for you in the next election right?
Consistently sends me emails and smses asking for proof of insurance but only a select few customers get these emails. I never signed anything in the contract to do this. If I do not send proof then they automatically attach a new amount onto my premium to cover the vehicle but again, not all people who are still financing VWs. I have sent 10 different versions of proof and still get these emails, no one contacts you to say sorry, this is not the correct info. VW service is lacking, they used to be one of the best in the industry, I guess that's why they dropped to 3rd in the country and people are moving to Chinese cars, better service and value. I expect a call back to confirm. The previous review they promised to call me and never did. I also want to see the contract I signed which states that I will receive these emails to provide proof of insurance. Calling their contact centre is a nightmare, might as well be calling Renault or Peugeot that's how bad they are. Resolve this before I take it to the ombudsman as there was never any contract signed to send this proof or tack on a new monetary amount.
Why do you keep requesting me to send proof of insurance every single year. People I know have bought VWs under finance from you in the same week as I did do not get these emails requesting proof of insurance. I have had insurance for almost 30 years and I have driven many VWs. You never asked me before when I bought a 2020 Polo new and sold it for a T-Cross. This is getting ridiculous, stop asking me to send proof and threatening to add an extra amount to my premium.
Why is it that everytime I buy shirts from you, I wear them and they are fine, then when I give them a wash they shrink so much it's like they dropped 2 sizes too small. But your wonderful refund policy says you will not accept the clothes back. I bought 5 shirts, 4 Stone Harbour and 1 Aca Joe, the Aca Joe shrunk so bad, it might as well be Slim Fit or more. The others I am returning for fear of wasting my money due to them also shrinking after the first wash. At this rate I don't think I will ever buy clothes from Edgars again if this is the quality and treatment of paying customers.
I have to relocate my fibre line and called in on the 3rd of July. They are very quick to send out routers but i have to wait 1 calendar month before installation, which in vodacom world is 2 months. Because of debit order runs. So vodacoms problem is now my problem as I work from home and require internet. I will be looking for another ISP thanks.
I logged a request to have my 400 mbps line checked as it is only running at 240 mbps. Someone called from the HelloPeter department at Vodacom and said someone will contact me from the technical department. That never happened, she contacted me again to check if they did contact again, they did not. She promised they would. Still waiting! In the mean time they closed my support request but my line is not running at close to 400 at all, still at 240. I am paying for a 400 line but getting a 240 line instead. Must I take this further to an ombudsman or ICASA? Why is Vodacom's service going down the drain lately, they used to be very good and resolved problems timeously. Contact me and get someone to fix my fibre line.
Again, I am writing another review on the poor service from Momentum, I am now waiting for them to reply to Alex Forbes, as AF sent Momentum the banking details to transfer my pension to AF. Momentum is as usual ignoring all my requests and the AF agents requests. Maybe I should go to the ombudsman, this is getting out of hand. TRANSFER MY PENSION IMMEDIATLEY, you have 24 hours before I take it up with the ombudsman
