KFC next to mall of the North Polokwane I am extremely disappointed with the drive-thru service at KFC Mall of the North in Polokwane. This is not my first complaint. I have previously raised the issue in store with different managers, yet nothing has improved. Today, I waited over 20 minutes before my order was even taken. This is unacceptable for a drive-thru service. As a regular customer, I expect reasonable waiting times and better service management. The repeated delays show a serious lack of urgency and customer care. I would appreciate feedback on what will be done to address this ongoing issue.
Dear Branch Manager, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the extremely unfriendly and unprofessional service I received at the FNB Polokwane Cycad branch. This incident occurred when I visited the branch for the very first time to deposit money on behalf of the company I work for. I was accompanied by a colleague. Upon entering the branch, we were initially assisted by a friendly staff member who directed us to the teller after we explained the service we required. When it was our turn, we were called to the counter and attended to by a teller named Thobile. From the moment we sat down, she did not greet us and displayed an unfriendly attitude. She simply looked at us without saying anything and proceeded with the transaction. I handed her the envelopes containing the money to be deposited. After checking them, she stated that they do not bank amounts less than R500. This was communicated in a blunt and unwelcoming manner. We explained that we did not feel safe carrying the money around, to which she coldly responded that there is security at the bank. After completing the first transaction, she handed me the slip without saying anything. As I took it to put it away, she abruptly told me to “sign” without any courtesy or explanation. At that point, I expressed that her approach was cold and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the matter calmly, she pointed at me and stated that she was giving me the same attitude I was giving her. I was shocked by this response, as we had not displayed any attitude. From the beginning, she did not greet us and her first statement was that she does not assist with amounts less than R500. When I asked her what attitude I had given, she could not clearly justify her claim. As a customer representing my company, this experience was embarrassing and disappointing. I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when conducting official business. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and addressed appropriately to ensure that other customers do not experience similar treatment. I look forward to your response. Kind regards,
I one I am one unhappy customer, I have been unhappy with the non service from day 1. The number was not ported as requested I want to the Mall of the North serval time with no assistance, prince from the contact centre sounded promising but also failed me. New problem is the my account was debited but did not receive the data and minutes. On this day I have been sitting on the phone for 1hour waiting to speak to a consultant with no luck. I’ve sent email to the Standard Bank connect and no one has called me back 😡

Three weeks ago my Network service was cut without any explanation. I decided I should Visit the Telkom walk in Centre. I was told my account is outstanding with R205 and I made a manual payment which I was ADVISED the issue will be resolved in 48 hours, after 48hours the issue was still not resolved. I then called the call center and I was told that I actually owe R2k of which I couldn't under why ? As the agent was explaining me. than I explained to her that at the walk in Centre I was told about R205 her response was " labo bona don't know what they are doing they know nothing" my hope of being assisted was questioned .went back to the walking centre and they said to me they don't understand why my service is cut. the agent suggested i call the call centre spoke to Andile Ngumede who also said she doesnt know why but she will escalate the matter to her manager Lungi Cele " she never called "Mind you i have being visiting the store since 22nd of November 2023 to the 1st of December 2023 my issue is still not resolved. i was given two case numbers 75609860 and 6239555 but they mean nothing its just numbers. yesterday they debited R205 instead of R1205 guess what i will continue being discounted. Lost my hope to ever being assisted. NO ONE MUST EVER LOOK AT TELKOM ITS A ****## HOUSE TOILET

On the 26th of October 2023 I received a call from my sons teacher advising me that my son fell and he is hurt I should come to the school. while I was driving to the school the teacher called again asking me if the school doctor should attend to him and I agreed. when I got to the school I was told he is badly injured and knowing how sensitive I am, I then asked my husband to take care of the situation he should call me when they done. An hour later my Husband and Son arrived at home and my was badly injured his face was bruised and low lip cut I mean a big cut he couldn't eat properly for days and his nose was scratched. when I asked my Son what happened he told me he was pushed from the jungle gym by his friend. I expected the school to call me and give a report of the incident but it never happened. Instead Me and my husband went to the school ask the school to investigate. the school investigated and I was told that my son was indeed pushed and the boy that pushed him is sorry and he apologized to my son. I told the deputy principal that I will need to to speak to the boys parent because they should know what there son did and to ask them to spoke to him to play nicely" that's all WE were asking for" the deputy told me its not in the school culture to have parents meet " I was really thrown off by that response . I asked to speak to the principal because at the back of my head I thought she doesn't know about the Incident. yesterday we finally had a meeting with the principal. the moment we walk in her office she had a very serious face , very cold and insensitive. she told Us that she will not be dictated by me or anyone on how to handle this situation. she said they is no evidence that my son was pushed and I should remember these are kids and they were just playing. she has separated herself , school and the boys parents from this incident. She said they is nothing to deal with " its kids playing " WHY ARE THE GRADE R NOT SUPERVISED when playing ? " why is the parents of the boy not being told of the incident? Curro " Northern Academy is an extreme sport " the principal must be taken for conflict management " classes .
