It's been almost a week from being cut off from my funds. I have no money to buy my meds, petrol or food. Discovery has said they've escalated it numerous times now with no luck. You trust these people can keep your money for you, so you open an account by them. Then they cut you off from your account with no reason or warning. And no care whatsoever where you're suppose to get money to live from. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Put money away in this savings account. Going away this weekend for my brother's 40th. I have been cut from my access to my banking account. I cant access my money. And now im totally bankrupt and im suppose to be leaving tomorrow morning. Saying im livid is not even the word. And their call centre cant call you back after you've spent all your airtime just trying to get to someone, nevermind go through all the checks and then just to be cut. Now its 6pm and they closed for business.. Nice. I hope all you at discovery are having a great weekend. Because you've absolutely ruined mine. And this is a big birthday and weekend away. Disappointment and anger doesn't even come close to my feelings. I want my money transfered out of your bank and in to my other bank account first thing. I'll NEVER recommend discovery to ANYONE ever
Buy stuff online. Pay for it. Get an email you wont be getting half your order. Say okay well send me the invoice for the payment I made for the order. Then refund me the money for half the order not delivered because of no stock. I get an invoice for the first half. The other portion I'm not getting an invoice for. I need this invoice as proof to the company that this is what Leroy charged. i'm only getting an invoice for half an order!!!!??? Now they just ignoring me. In the mean time my company think's i've ****** from them because I paid more than the invoice is that I got. I'm also waiting on the refund for the stock that never arrived. Seems like Leroy Merlin is also taking on the mindset that if you ignore it for long enough it will go away.
FedEx claims is a joke. I have a legitimate claim. Supp**** all the documentation and videos and photos. And I'm being told to sort it out by myself with origin, the manufacturer is not supplying faulty machinery!!!!!!!! It's the transport with FedEx and the disgusting way I received my packages I PAID FOR!!?? And the boxes were damp from getting liquid on all of them. But FedEx is saying it's not their problem it's mine. This is a joke?!? Their WHOLE JOB IS LITERALLY TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE AND UNDAMAGED!!!!???? Im being tossed around so many no name people they can't even tell me who Im dealing with or escalate it to someone who can. FedEx literally had one job, and cannot compensate when they fail on their promise.
I ordered machines from China factory, we used FedEx agent for shipping which I agreed to pay the costs. I've ordered from them before, my machines I have ordered before work 100%. The last shipment now, the boxes arrived WET, grossly damaged due the blunt forces they were subjected to and now I'm sitting with machines that aren't working or work at 40% their capacity. Already had a client come back demanding their money back!!!!! This is OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE OF THE SHIPPING!!! I go through the tedious task of submitting all the paperwork FedEx needed, only then to be told it isn't approved. Are you kidding me!!!!! A customer care clerk just simply tells me this is not being paid out!!??? And it's basically my problem to sort out. After all the evidence and documents submitted!!!!!! FedEx is a service provider, promising to deliver your goods in tact. There are claims for loss or damage BUT APPARENTLY MY DAMAGE AND MACHINES NOT WORKING DOESN'T QUALIFY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shipments are insured for this EXACT REASON I HAVE BUT IM NOT APPROVED!!!! We all know companies just love to reject your claim, and apparently big global franchise groups are in on it too. Disgusting service, disgusting customer service from claims dept, just disgusting service all round!!!!! Greedy little people with no care for how this impacts you. I use these machines to generate my income and I cannot use these machines to do that now, putting me out an income!!!!!!! I always used to say FedEx is way better than DHL. Apparently not. They all the same. Take the little that the small ppl have to line their own fat pockets. This is a legitimate claim and it's not even for that much in comparison to what other people claim. But yet it doesn't get taken seriously and simply throwing out with absolutely NO ONE TO GO TO TO TAKE IT FURTHER. Claudene Listen
FEDEX short delivered 1 of my 8 piece shipment. They are machines. And they are EXPENSIVE. I am missing one and you cannot get hold OF A HUMAN BEING TO ASK THEM WHERES YOUR MISSING PIECE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Online you can report a missing package, BUT WHEN I ENTER MY LITERAL ADDRESS IT TELLS ME ITS I.N.C.O.R.R.E.C.T. address entered!!!???!??!?!??!?! IT BLOWS MY MIND!!!! THESE ARE EXPENSIVE MACHINES AND NOW MY PACKAGE IS JUST CONFIRMED AS BEING DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH THEY SHORT DELIVERED MY ONE WHOLE PIECE!!!!??????? HOW THE HELL CAN YOU SHORT DELIVER, THE RECEIVER EVEN SAID THERE WAS A PIECE MISSING AND THE DRIVER SAID THEY'LL COME BACK!!!!!!! THEY NEVER CAME BACK!!!!!! JUST FOR THE LOVE OF G O D CAN WE NOT GET SOME HUMAN INTERACTION WHEN IT COMES TO THINGS LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service is pathetic. Even if you talk to customer care. Your core use of an express courier is because you need something asap. Yet it will be in hold for duties, yet you don't get an email with the request for duty payments. You must investigate and find out. Even when it's paid your shipment is still on hold or pending delivery. Even though you've called and begged it's urgent. They simply don't care. I still don't have my package. Was promised delivery yesterday morning. And I need it for a wedding tomorrow. The stress and the incompetence of the customer care line is a joke. FedEx is by far the best. I'd use FedEx before DHL anyday. And encourage others to do the same.
Absolutely pathetic service. How these people are still in business I don't know. Customer care or after sales service is non existant for basic wifi connection. It's a joke
Deceitful and unprofessional. Manager at Bride & Co, K90 Centre in Boksburg left a false negative review against a competitor bridal boutique. Disgusting behavior. Very unprofessional and quite disturbing. Falsely trying to tarnish a competitor's reputation on social media platforms is damaging to all their future possible sales and legally not allowed. Tried to contact head office to get them to address this with that branch and also, completely ignoring me. Surprised a huge chain store has to resort to petty little jabs at smaller individually run businesses/competitors, ruining chances at sales that literally put food on their table and send their kids to school. Disgusting
I pay an online service with my credit card. The supplier takes a whole year's subscription off immediately instead of the 1 x monthly fee p/m. I ask Fnb to reverse the transaction because I canceled the subscription and was expecting only 1 month's payment to come off (I can't afford the wholes year's sub one shot!!??) but they TOOK A WHOLE YEAR'S SUBSCRIPTION VALUE OFF ONE SHOT IMMEDIATELY!!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL F!!?? this should be unlawful. Surely if you ask a payment to be reversed FNB must reverse it!!!??? These ppl I had the subscription with. If they did that to all the subscribers they rolling in the money and there's absolutely nothing you can do to get your money back!!!??? Now Fnb needs me to send an ungodly amount of proof and copies of all kinds of documents who knows *** for. REVERSE THE PAYMENT THEY TOOK OFF MY CREDIT CARD!!!!! I'm not stealing my money back. It's MY MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN FROM ME!!!! I sent them an email screenshot showing I asked this place for my money back. The email came back in error so you cant even get hold of these ppl. That is the proof, what other proof do you need!!?? Also, I canceled my subscription within 1 hour of subscribing. Surely I have some sort of protection against deciding against the subscription, once when I'm part of it realize it's not what I wanted. Customer consumer protection act!!??
