Your rental Agents by the name of INGRID BARNARD AND THELMA THORPE are very cruel ******s old woman. very inconsiderate. They kicked my out of ARUM FIELD ACCOMODATION knowing very well i have nowhere to go. They claim that the reason they kicked me out is because i did not inform them about my brother visiting. THEY CALL BLACK VISITORS ÏNTRUDERS' which i find it so uncalled for. I HAVE been talking to INGRID BARNAARD Since 2025 talking about the place to rent and she and Thelma Thorpe couldn't even wait for me to finish the month. i was at ARUM FIELD ACCOMODATION IN TABLE VIEW for 2days and on the 3rd day i was there, my little brother visited and INGRID told me to leave immediately calling my brother an INTRUDER. Even jail has visitors. I AM Not going to let this go. i asked for 2months rental and was kicked out after 2days i was there. THESE TWO OLD WOMEN ARE ****** TO THE CORE. i will take this further i swear

FNB is run by ******. how do you debit money in my ISLAMIC ACCOUNT on the dates which i never agreed on. The debit date i confirmed was the 30 but you took money from my islamic account. Pathetic service from FNB
Yesterday the 30th of June 2024 at around 09h14 I deposited money into my Easy Debit account at Gardens Centre Mall in Cape Town. The amount was over 920 and the ATM Returned 3 R10 notes back and the other notes were swallowed by the machine where's the deposit was unsuccessful. I reported the matter to the FNB Branch in Gardens Cape Town and still have not received any feedback. FNB Support team is very useless and never assisted with anything Ref No# 21996620 was given to me at the branch. I've been following up with fnb via emails and the response I get is *******. FNB is not the bank to be trusted. I need my money now someone must attend to this right now and make sure I get my money today before 10h00 This is really pathetic and very unprofessional from a bank that consider themselves as a premium bank. Someone from fnb should contact me with immediate effect and tell me my money is transferred or deposited back to my Easy Debit account now. This is disgusting

Stop hiring hooligans
Most of your staff lack customer service and respect. Moat of your staff is black people and they very rude. From the tickes sales to the drivers. The drivers are even worse. They not hired only to serve white passengers. The disrespect that they have towards black people is very disgusting. You need to stop hiring former taxi drivers because they only the to serve white passengers and have disgusting attitude towards black. This is not funny at all. I'm staying in Gardens and the experience I have from myciti staff especially the drivers is totally not acceptable. Old men and women behaving like hooligans toward black passengers is insane. Fix this nonsense

The black to black customer service is disgusting. Black people have no customer service at all. My mother is diabetic. She boarded on a bus from Cape town station to Tsomo on the 4th of February 2025 at 17h30. She almost missed the bus. When we arrived at Intercape cape town bus station the staff was very rude. They lack respect and customer service. My mother couldn't get herself something to eat because she almost missed the bus. The bus driver drove all the way to the Eastern cape. Refusing to allow my mother to get something to eat so that she can take her medication. This is unacceptable. Find white drivers because these black illiterate drivers you hire are very inhumane and disrespectful. I'm going to open a case against this driver
