I’m truly disappointed in Ackerman’s online. I’ve been a regular customer for over 2 decades now and for the first time I had an issue with my parcel missing an item. I immediately contacted the customer service team to inform them and I was told I would receive within 72 hours but guess what it has been more than 136 hours with no feedback. When I call the customer service to enquire about this, I’m being told that my enquiry hasn’t been attended to yet and I must be patient.

I was contacted by a consultant who claimed that several companies had flagged my profile, suggesting I’m paying a high premium. When I asked which companies were involved—since I wasn’t aware of any—I didn’t get a clear answer. While still on the call, I received an SMS stating that WY Debt had requested access to my credit report. I’m concerned about who authorized this, as I never gave consent. Isn’t consent and confirmation supposed to come before such significant actions are taken? I’m not a WY Debt client and will never be so stop contacting me before you do any damage to my credit report.

I used to enjoy shopping online with Woolworths, but ever since they switched their delivery partner, the experience has been frustrating. I received an "out for delivery" SMS yesterday, yet my order still hasn’t arrived. Since the change in delivery company, I’ve encountered significant delays and ongoing issues with my deliveries.

I was on a month to month wifi contract R269, stopped using their service on October 2024. Got a invoice in 6 January 2025 to pay the amount R269 but got a MTN Debit Order failed message of R2839 on the 4th of February 2025. I called MTN and I was advise to return the device so the billing can be recalculated of which I did on the 10th of February but now MTN consultants are telling me that I can't cancel the contract before I pay the R2839, but why should I pay so much while I returned the device?????
I recently contact FNB to check how much would I qualify for a home loan based on my income (pre-approval) when I woke up this morning I now have a hard inquiry on my credit profile. Why was there a hard inquiry on my profile while I didn't make any application? When I ask the consultant that assisted me she tells me to visit the nearest branch, why must I do that while this was all done online and no application was done?
I recently bought 7 items on Mr Price online and select tzaneen store for collection. I went to collect my parcel today and when I got home I unwrapped my parcel but noticed that the parcel has been tempered with, I didn’t think much of it until I found 2 items missing from my parcel, I’ve been calling the call centre none stop but my calls are not been answered. I’m truly disappointed in Mr Price.
