In April month I contacted Mtn for a phone contract but with no success. I then spoke to a gentlemen everyday who was still in training with regards to a simcard. He said we can give you a simcard and then next month we will give you the phone. I had to pay a fee to activate this whole deal and when I called to find out about the whole thing the next week they said what he had promised me was not possible as I did nog qualify for the phone. I then asked that everything be canceled as that I may not be debited for anything. I was debited this month for what I'm not sure. I tried to call them from a different network. Selected the ***** department but was told I wasnt through to ***** and I must hold. Everytime I called after that my call is just cut. This is honestly bad. We are all working people and to be ****** like this is not right seriously
Good day My name is Cindy Adams, I spoke to a gentlemen named Thomas everyday for the last two weeks speaking to Thomas. He advised that I don't qualify for a phone contract but I do qualify for a sim card contract. He the advised if I take the sim card contract then he will override the system to get the phone as well. He set up the contract sim card and I approved the debit order then he said he will call me back on Wednesday to activate the phone deal. It's Friday 11am and I still haven't heard from him. I wanted a phone not airtime and I'm really disappointed with this service because why did he sell me the idea of getting the phone when he just wanted to reach his target ? I feel honestly deceived because I did not geb what I asked for. My contract number is 071 941 4205. My ID numbernis 9412200044087. I want someone to advise why I was **** to like this just so I can take out a contract for something that I did not ask for? I never had a MTN Simcard before and this now put me complete off your service. I was going tk get wifi for my house because I know the mtn coverage is good where I live but now I'm not so sure because of my first experien being this bad.
Horrible Horrible Service Dstv honestly, we are people who work hard for you to tell me that I owe 900 for a access subscription. I can honestly not believe that we are being ****** from you like this! I requested that my account be downgraded in January 2025. End of Feb it never took place so I went n the website and fought with the agents who by the way hve no respect while doing their job. They tell you straight if you ask why things you requested didnt happen they tell you" I already answered all that. Read the stuff again" (Iviwe Kamteni). Honestly I have never been treated as bad anywhere else like I have been at DSTV. Every month back and forth fighting for me to have my father who is over the age of 65 just watch DSTV. I have been paying the full compact price but we dont get the compact. Your service needs to change honestly this is unacceptable.
Having to get a credit report is never something I imagined I would be struggling since much with. I have tried to update my login details for a few days and still not successful. I have tried to call countless times and am told to send an email with my documents to verify who I am. I have sent countless emails also and follow up emails but never once did I get a response. No one obviously checks the system or emails to update people's information. I honestly am very disappointed in the service I received.
Transunion offers verb bad service. You have to call them for them to change your details. You speak to one person and they tell you they cannot assist with forwarding or updating your details on the system because it's a different department. I asked if she can just send my form to that department she said no. I must keep calling them myself and be put from one person to the other. The people I spoke to on the phone are really not friendly no customer service at all. So rude on the phone. Don't care if they assist you or not. You just hear people's children crying in the background. They have no customer service. I have been struggling for days to just get a log in to see my credit score. This is really bad service.

I had an Edgar's account that just couldn't get off my name. She gave me such good advise everything I sent her an email. She directed me to the Consumer Fundi and now I'm on the road of having debt review removed from my name. NAadia was always there never once did she say she can't help me or refused to advise me on anything regarding my matter. I am really happy with the service I received from Nadia. She made me believe that things will get better and that motivated me to push forward to get through this. I really appreciate all your efforts and email responses.

Dstv is very bad at responding when you access the chat to an agent option. You wait for very long and then when someone finally enters the chat then they take 13 minutes to respond to a message. You spend 45 minutes trying to get assistance for someone to help you activate or clear an error. The agents are not friendly at all. There's no customer service at all from the agents. I have tried to chat to agents and get access to channels which I pay for but have no access to and I still haven't had any success. I'm going to cancel my account because I don't see why you should be paying for something when you cannot get proper assistance to access your channels
I've been struggling to get my account cleared since 2020 with Edgars. I have been pushed around pillar to post and eventually I was told to deal with the company they handed me over to Easton Berry. The number you have doesn't work and I have tried googling a number for their which also doesn't work. I also checked their website also cannot see anything. I wonder if this is a real place because how do you say this is your lawyers but their number doesn't even work. I've been through so many different departments just to get assistance and department I emailed or called referred me to another department. Is there someonewho actually works for their money? Please can that person assist me
How are these people still open? The number provided by Edgars who hands over their clients for not paying to this client doesn't not work. This is the reason why they never get their money because they handed their debt to a company that doesn't even answer the phone. You cannot access the website either. How do you actually contact this company? The service is very bad I have been battling for a few days to get a hold of someone to assist me. This company's communication lines is really bad.
