As a "Genius Level 3" member I am bitterly disappointed from the lack of the even most basic customer service. I booked a hotel in Barcelona promising a pool and roof terrace none of which was available due to renovations. I complained and a "pending credit" of Euro 199.50 was issued. That was in April 2025 and that credit is still "pending". I must have phoned 20 times over the last month to find out when it is released and today I am told the financial department declined the payout. *** ? I am seriously considering now to close my account after this. Why should I continue to support their business any longer. Shocking !
****mers ! They front as a local Cape Town based business. Their website has a South African URL and Camps Bay is mentioned as the location. A soppy story about having to close down the business after 30 years and hence they have to make the sale. All LIES ! Jewelry is from China and ****mer sits in the Netherlands. I opened a ***** Case with my bank and a Dispute and flagged them on Facebook. Gemini AI noted that next to "Maria Jewellery" there are numerous complaints against a variety of similarly named online stores (e.g., Melinda Maria, Alana Maria Jewellery).I hope they will shut down these website like- YESTERDAY. Big lesson learnt
A very big shoutout to the Discovery Bank ***** Department. Knowing how efficient you are at retrieving *****ulantly obtained funds I can sleep a bit better know. Thank you for allowing me to make my ***** case against "Maria Jewellery" - a website business that claims to be local but sits somewhere in the Netherlands and sends you overpriced inferior mass produced ware from China. I thought I lost to them and their brazen **** but I saw my dispute was accepted and you issued me with a refund. THANK YOU
Super unhappy. I am promised a 7 day lead time on ordering 50 branded USB sticks. I ordered and paid 3500k on 8th May. Today I get an email showing me on a tracking record that they have been made in China to arrive on 22 May in Cape Town. My event is on 21 May in Pretoria. I feel mislead regarding both the production location (website is all South Africa) and the guaranteed delivery time. These USBs are going to be completely worthless if I don't have them in my hands on 20th May...and then I want my money back..😡🤬
I am an AirbnB host for the last 3 years. I was asked via an email to sign the mandate form so that funds from my last booking can be released. I filled everything out correctly and it just told me that my mandate was unsuccesful and that funds will be transfered back. I attempted to reenter details - NO chance provided and now I get an email from AZA Finance saying they look into it. No phone number to phone. I am on the phone as we speak with AirBnB and hope they can light a might fire under the Bidvestbank bum and seeing that I am not the only one with this issue really annoys me beyond words..
5 Stars all the way. For excellent communication throughout from the point of ordering and prompt delivery today. Your system works like clockwork regarding the sales confirmation, issuing of a sales invoice, updates on delivery etc. I had my fair share of ***** online sales platforms but you business is really standing out from the online sales jungle with proven service excellence. I will definitely look out for your sales offers in future again..
So my credit card details changed while I am overseas. I get all the emails threaten to disconnect me. I do NOT get OTP from them on my phone while overseas which is what I need to make alternative payment. They can not send that damn OTP simply to my email. NADA... Their Whatsapp service is PATHETIC, no alternative to OTP apparently I am told, NO possibility to pay my outstanding bill via EFT. I have entered new credit card details with them-still they have disconnected me today. I am beyond ****ED OFF.
Do not touch this store. I waited since end of August to receive my product- a hot/cold water bidet unit for the toilet for which I paid R 1357.99. Today a parcel arrived - a totally different model, much cheaper and something "resembling" it on their website for R 494.99 however still not with exactly the same design and lower specs. I feel I have been duped and I request a full refund now. What frustrates the hell out of me is that I can not even phone them- their line is deliberately ? never connecting me. I keep you posted if I succeed- otherwise I consider opening a case against *****
This Courier is absolutely the pits. No chance to speak to anyone. My parcel received a waybill number on 27.7 and nothing has happened since. No communication. No possibility to phone either- national line gets never answered, Cape Town line engaged and Bloem and PE line is "currently not contactable". I sent two complaints via their contact form- no reply either. I will make point of not ordering from a supplier if this company is the chosen courier service !!
I bought a voucher for a spa treatment in December valid for 6 months so I wanted to redeem it eventually and had a closer look a the "spa" venue via their FBsite which was clearly not what I expected. So I thought I give it a shot to ask Hyperli for a refund (in form of a store credit) not really thinking I get away with it after such a long time of having parted with the money. What can I say- I sent the email last night and the refund was in my Hyperli account this morning. No fights no discussions no waste of time. Thanks so much for this amazing customer service
