I was at Checkers blueberry and I needed to withdraw cash send I was assisted by a Lady her name was Katlego and she was rude telling me how she had a long day and giving me options if I needed her help or not you still need to take your staff for customer service policy training I'm very disappointed.
I was in boxer liquor Diepsloot I wanted to buy a liqui-Fruit Juice cranberry but the price on the shelf was R34,99 but when she scanned the bar code was R38,87 then when i told her that the price wasn't what I saw on the shelf she told me there's nothing she can do since its not her who packed it her Name was Mantwa she lacks customer service and support
I once attended the learnership and completed it I never recieved my firearm statement of results or my sassetta certificate it been 5 years now haven't received anything from attending my learnership
I am really devastated for always calling for help but no one really knows anything about my funds I was looking forward to save money with the firm but they just proved that they are not a firm to trust with your money they lack communication. This is the email I recieved after complaining. "Thank you so much for your patience regarding your complaint. Kindly note we have ascertained that the tax application had to be cancelled and reapply as the full benefit was not disinvested on the 11/06/2024. Additionally we established that there is a downtime which was communicated on fund level which is there to facilitate a section 14 transfer from the pension fund to the retirement fund. The downtime is from June21 and will go back live June 30 2024. This means that no exits will be paid during this period. I will make contact with you by no later than 01/07/2024 before close of business in order to provide an update accordingly." No one has contacted me in providing an update about my funds I am really disappointed if you really need peace of mind with your money this is not the right firm to go with I've resigned on 03/05/24 I haven't received my funds even today. So now I want answers I will need the date which I will recieve my funds because it's been a while since I claimed I have submitted relevant documentation but the process is slow now it is no longer 4 weeks I need to be answered by 02/07/24 Before close of businesses to provide an update on my funds I don't want to write another complaint for the same firm do the right thing. I tried to make contact but I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes after giving relevant details what this firm is doing is unfair never ever go with Alexander Forbes
Alexander forbes doesn't care about their clients I have been calling and communicating about my claimed funds but I can't even get any straight answer I sent the claiming forms to my HR on 03/06/24 and the forms were sent through on 12/06/24 then the funds were deinvested when I called they told me about sending wrong recipients for tax and it will be resolved in 48 hours when I try to check on the claims tracker on Alex Forbes Connect nothing appears there the website has errors it poses a little error in logging in too then I recieved a call requesting proof of banking details I did send them through but haven't gotten any feedback about my funds I don't know where my funds were deinvested to and for that I don't have my trust in this firm because wow this is a nightmare the process is unnecessary 4-12 weeks for what when the paperwork I provided is relevant what takes so long for the funds to be released?
I have app**** for a credit card application on the 27th of November they wanted documents a payslip and a 3 months bank statements I gave them all the documentation they required they then gave me a physical credit card they said i will recieve an sms stating approval or declination I don't understand why they gave me a card while my application is on pending been sending relevant documents that are needed but I always get the message requesting for more documents. I called today no one could help me they keep on taking me through different departments it is a bad experience indeed
I bought a TFG sim card on the 16th of November 2023 they did Rica it in store and I was told it was gonna be active within seconds I tried to setup the APN still the Sim card does not want to dail ussds and it doesn't want to dail any number keeps telling me that there is a problem with the network it is indeed a very bad service consultants only work limited times we have no one to assist over weekend
