This company is *******ly acquiring personal information about people. Phone numbers, names and account details. Do not give them any more information than they have acquired *******ly already.
Terrible product, poor customer service and I was billed after cancellation and have just cancelled for a second time. Then while cancelling it is a long process where they try and keep you and sell you other products.
Signed up through an instagram account which said I would get 100% deposit match and 5o free spins. I didn't get the deposit match and none of the slot games are even working. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible service, it is impossible to make an appointment for registration. I have been trying for over 2 weeks, not a single opening. There is no way to get information directly from them so it is unclear as to what documents are required to do a new registration. Only way to figure this out is to speak to someone who has already registered with them already.
Went into MTN Cascades in Pietermaritzburg, staff were less than helpful. The staff lack integrity and manners, especially the indian lady who works there. Nobody was aware that there is a problem with their network. they said the network was fine and I needed to do a sim swap because my sim was old. This obviously didn't fix my issue. 2 hours of a day wasted just to inform MTN staff that their is a problem with their network and be spoken to rudely.
False advertising, this website advertises a game called plinko. The game doesn't exist on their website. when speaking with technical help they confirmed they don't have the game and are working to take the ad down. However I have seen this game advertised over 100 times in different places over the past 10 days.
Worst customer service I have ever received, I am still fighting an issue I have with the momentum multiply app which i reported 8 weeks ago. I have had no feedback as to what the issue is, they just tell me the issue has been elevated. Their rewards program is terrible and not worth the money you pay. Not to mention their monthly challenge top tier goal is unattainable. You would have to do 25000 steps a day! this is +-19km a day. Other option would be to burn 750 calories a day, equivalent of running 10km at 6 mins a km for 10km. You would need to do this everyday! as a personal trainer I can tell you that this will most likely result in an injury. You would need to walk 589km in a month or run 310km in a month. In short don't waste your time or money with their company.
Worst customer service I have ever received. Their multiply scheme is a ****, how their monthly challenge leader board works is off who syncs their device first. This is not mentioned anywhere in terms and conditions. This is also unfair on shift workers. Also for the past 6 weeks I have been trying to get my recharge days to register on the app. Nobody has helped me. Also be aware that if you do get a weekly win you need to claim it before it expires.
