Healthwise south africa on Facebook bad bad service
Don't buy from them. I cancelled my order within 10 minutes and they refuse to refund me. Their cancellation policy states you may cancel within 24 hours and they will refund you

Slowway not fastway
I am getting a lot of deliveries from them. they will email stating PCL on the courier showing delivery. Then it does not get delivered. I phoned sorry it was left behind. To get them on a phone is a disaster my shortest holding time was over 8 minutes speak to them on WhatsApp and you wait 20inutes for someone to help you. I have all my proof if you need it. Really the worst courier company in South Africa

If I could give them a - I would. I ordered from them and 3 months still waiting for my parcel. First it was coming from us and then after a month changed to China. Today it is now again at customs us. What a joke. There courier company last updated on 27 February stating PCL in country of destination. So they are the biggest ****s I ever seen. Plse don't buy from them

Melody no refund
I bought a Jean from them. As per their size chart it was my size. The Jean came and it's far to small. I need 2 sizes bigger which they don't have. Now they don't want to refund my money in my bank account but as a credit at their shop. Why they don't have my size in any of their close. There after sales service is so so bad. I sent 2 emails still no reply. Spoke on WhatsApp and waited days for a reply. I'm not happy at all with this company.

Best stay in Middelburg
The best place to stay in Middelburg. From the minute you check in to the minute you check out, it's all smiling friendly staff. Lolly is the best. She goes far and beyond what her job is. No request is to big for her. She always help you with a smile. They also have a coffee shop and spa. Great food and atmosphere.

Travelstart bad service
We booked 4 flights from jhb to Richardsbay and back. Our return flight was cancelled by Airlink as the airport closed down. For what we don't know. Now I received an sms from the airline informing me of this Saturday afternoon our flight is Monday morning at 07.55. Now we must get new tickets rent a car to get to Durban from Richardsbay. I phoned i emailed TRAVELSTART to find out about my refund. This started Saturday 09 March 2024 and untill now I still do not an answer from them or the airline. I think this is very bad service. I'm not happy at all.

Outstanding company
