Good day Id number - 0109150054087 On Thursday, 26 February 2026, we went to FNB Wellington to apply for a study loan for my daughter. The loan was approved by the bank, we got the debi check mandate. Waiting for the 2nd one to come. Early Saturday morning the consultant let us know that it has been declined, due to the income being R6000 something. This was declined by your credit department that does the physical check of the documents. How can someone with an income of around R16k be mistaken for R6k. The people are unprofessional who is doing the checks, we had no other choice than to reapply on Saturday morning and we are still now waiting and I am scared that they make another mistake, They jeopardised my daughter's studies that is in final year now, and we were awaiting the money so that she can be registered. Registration closed on Friday 28 February and they gave her extension till today. Can you please check that your people look properly on the documents. They are playing with peoples' futures On top of it, on Thursday, the offer was R110k, when we reapp**** on Saturday, due to your error, the offer came down to R81k. Please take note this is not the branch fault, but your credit department that is doing the document checks. The lady in the branch was absolutely fantastic. Can you please revert back to me urgently. As we were supposed to pay the money over to the university today, but because of an error, and a person that does not read properly, we are now stressed and it could ultimately mean that my daughter might not be able to register. We reapp**** on Saturday as per the advice from the consultant, can you please look into this urgently.
I paid cash for a new stove on Sunday. Delivery took place today, the driver called and I was unavailable. I called him back, but he did not pick up. He then, without my approval, delivered the item at my neighbours. His name is Gerrit Joubert. This is totally unacceptable, because what happens if we go fetch it and something happens to it. Who is going to be liable for the costs. Unprofessional driver to say the least, also have no protocol of talking to someone, because my husband called and he had no manners

We bought a pair of Adidas spikes at the adidas shop in sable square Cape Town on 21 September 2025. My son ran 3 competitions in it, 6 races. When he practise in it, last week, it tear. So its literally 3 months, 6 races. This is bad quality. We also bought a pair earlier this year also from Kloppers Sport in Brackenfell and that also tore within 4 months. And the store said they cant refund it as it is on sale. For this type of brand, this is an absolute disgrace. We have had other brands in the past and it lasted long. We thought that we buy a good brand but 2 pairs of spikes in 6 months and both tore is a bit sad.
Sunday, 21 December 2025, at 06h43, i bought a KFC bucket and a family fiesta at KFC Paarl East. The chicken and the chips were hard and dry, you could see it was chicken from the previous night. We could not even bite through the chicken, and the chips I do not even want to talk about. They cannot keep chicken from the previous night and sell it to people. Disgusting food, and wasted money.
I called in with a query and DESTENEY resolved it in less than a minute. Excellent service
Money supposed to go off on 27th, went of on 23rd, and they just shrug their shoulders and say it is what it is. Shocking.
Good day, I phoned Novel Ford Paarl last week to book in my car to look at something they have fixed, but the car is doing the same thing that they apparently fixed. I told the lady, Desiree that I want to book it in as the last time they had my car for a week. I cannot afford to be without a car for long. She confirmed that they will work on the car the same day if I make a booking. So, the car was taken in on Monday, and we are still without a car. If I phone, they just say they are still busy. I have phoned 2 times already today, without someone to assist me. The people are busy all the time, and I leave a message to call me. I have been waiting for 2 hours now for someone to call me. They seem to have no consideration for the customer. They phoned on Monday, to ask if they can repair the windscreen which has got nothing to do as to why the car is there, but for what is really the problem, they cannot get back to us. This is a disgrace, and it is not our 1st encounter with them. For the last time the same thing happens.
Pick n Pay Wellington is advertising this week if you can that barcode, you can get a R75 voucher to use. Done that, got a voucher code. When I got to the till today the voucher did not work. There is R0 on the voucher. The front house supervisor just pulled back her shoulders and said there is nothing they can do. Now was this false advertising so that Pick n Pay can reach more people through whatsapp? Shocking Pick n Pay. Now my reasoning is, my daughter also tried and she got a message that they reached th 10000. Which is fine. But my issue is if I got the voucher code then surely it must work. No Pick n Pay, do better. And Pick n Pay Wellington your staff's attitude stinks.
