Bought items online, till this day those items have not been received. The little communication with them has disappeared. Ahmeds if you can deliver my items, kindly refund my money. Our relationship is not based on me begging your company for something. Its simple, I bought and my items should be delivered as per the online purchase. Adams delivered in less than a day, what is taking forever in sending the glasses I paid for. Even the person attending to their cellphone number does not care
I have never felt traumatized by these people especially now. It seems that our Alarm loses the signal every 3 months, they call, come out and look at the problem. It seems like the make a temporary solution of this Alarm and replace everything and we must pay for it. Its that 3 months again. From Friday till Saturday we have received slightly less than 100 calls from them. There is an active call logged for their technician to come and look at the problem Monday and Fidelity still calls and sends the guards, its was kinda okay at first, we explained, they have been coming and calling every 20 minutes. Their system does not communicate and this problem is now bothering on fear mongering tactics. I have had enough now. Cancel my service with immediate effect I will find someone else who knows what they are doing to help with armed response.

Uber drive double charges and changes the price one a person has exited the car. Guys this is ***** if U ask me. UberEats *****s your money and they don't deliver any food. My aunt took her car for a major service at BMW Cape Town City(AtlanticAuto) on the 4th March 2025 today the 12th March 2025 car is giving a message that the car needs a Starter Service. What were we paying for on the 4th..? BMW we love your cars and we pay exorbitant prices for everything and broad day light ******* must not be one of those we paying for. In Ramaphosa's economy we also looking for the money U also looking for. We also struggling to survive just like U. Bringing the car for a days service is a major inconvenience and heavy on the pocket already. Can someone kindly explain this.

It's been more 3 weeks since my mother was de*****ed at the ABSA branch ATM with no security on site. We followed all the necessary requirements and Absa has not provided my mother with any feedback on the matter. A 70yr old is vulnerable l, she literally walks around with her phone hoping for a call from your company. She has banked with ABSA for more than 40yrs and this is how things are now. Absa those transactions on my mother account done on the 29/9 were all *****ulent transactions and U should have all the footage at the various places. Why is it taking so long to finalize this case
I bought hanging planter box which came in a sealed box. As I was busy with preparations on my daughters even. I did not open the box to check the contents as I trusted them. I was so wrong Takealot, sells broken stuff inside these boxes and hide behind their return Policy which Yolanda s3nt me something that was showing 14 days and the popular Nwabisa who claims I dont have a valid reason. So she will not escalate the matter. The item I bought is clearly unused, broken and Takealot does not factor that. What ever happened to ex-gracia..? I continued buying the items I needed for the event I was busy with. That does not support the invalid reason as Nwabisa insinuated. Takealot, i guess all those that says that you are ****mers are correct mos. You confirm the very samething to me. How does one buy broken items and that not seem to bother you. A while ago I bought a swing chair from Leroy Merlin and with it being outdoor wear and tear was bound to happen. I contacted the store and their National Customer service, only to be told that they don't sell the shade cover and cushions separately from the actual swing chair. Leroy sells these chairs but does not offer aftersales of these accessories and that is so wrong on many levels. They are the sole supplier of those chairs, where are we suppose to get those covers now? This has definetely changed my perception about the store. It's unfortunate that a beautiful concept store does not complete the sale package, as aftersales are as important as new sales, AND when one buys this swing chair, no warning is given that you will not be able to purchase the chair shade cover and cushions - should they wear and tear due to the harsh sun. They will instead leave you hanging like their swing chairs that looks naked once the sun hit them.
I bought shoes yesterday, their system kept on allowing me to buy these shoes. Today I wake up with emails that says my order were canceled with no explanation whatsoever. I just called and they tell me that the order is canceled and that the refund will take 14 days. Why am I being penalized for Adidas system glitch. I made 4 orders transactions and all the time the orders went thru. When I call, to understand Im told a different story.
