Cellc Contract
I just Re open a new contract which I havent started paying monthly installments. So my biggest problem is that when I open a contract I asked to use my old number with new contract and we agreed because the cellc number that I currently use I have more than 6years using it. To my surprised I only received only device ok well thought since we'll I asked to use old number it means they'll allocated all benefits that comes with the contract I waited closed to a week before calling customer care N they told me that it cannot happen the only thing I can do is to find new sim N do Sim swap yet they insist on giving me new number meaning I should change a number so this means I should use 2 cellc Sim cards n is not possible so I'd rather cancel contract if that's the only way😕am not happy at all

They just deduct money no communication at all
I don't know how much I owe now as I don't get statement showing balance...and their emails are blocked
