I did not receive my 10% cash back bonus for the second Monday in a row. When I reported it last week Tuesday I fid not get any assistance from an operator. When they finally emailed back the Friday they said I will receive the bonus Monday the 10th. Well the time off receiving the bonus from 12:00 has came but I did not receive anything. I’m trying to get assistance on the live chat for the past 3 hours but nothing. Not even getting a reply on my email to the help desk.
I send my iPhoone 14 pro to get a quotation to replace my back glass, or to sell the phone as is. Afyer they received the phone and tested it they send me a the following email. The device has liquid How did we discover this issue? 1. By opening the device and inspecting the inner components of the device. They never gave me a quote on the back glass, only the liquid. The phone was charging and switching on whenI used it, stopped using it because off the damaged back glass . They semd me the device back via courier and when I received the phone back I found that they damaged the front screen ontop by the camera. The screen was in perfect condition only the back was damaged. I did try to contact them for the screen damage, and send them few mails. No one off the company is replying or giving me feedback on the damaged screen. I want to know who is going the fix my main screen?
I purchased a voucher and it was redeemed by another person on their account, the voucher was ******. Account was blocked and reported but not my voucher refunded. Hollywoodbets say they don't refund neither does OTT and Capitec bank also don't refund ****** vouchers. Why do I loose my R250 due to *****.
I bought a voucher from Capitec @ 21:21 and wanted to redeem the voucher after 23:30. When I tried it said that the voucher was already redeemed. The support team said that the voucher was bought at 22:31 and redeemed few min later on Hollywoodbets. My Hollywood account is blocked and can't use the site. The response that I'm getting is that sorry the voucher was redeemed and that's it. I lost my R250 voucher due to some issue on their side giving the same voucher pin to more than 1 person. They can't check to see how the other voucher was purchased, from which bank it was bought and account used. Really now I lost R250 because off the poor assistance from the support team.
I bought a OTT voucher @ 21:21 and received the voucher pin. When I logged in to redeem the voucher on a gambling site the voucher did not work. I got a message that the voucher was already redeemed. When I talked to a agent online he escalated the issue to the relevant department to assist me in 7 to 14 days.
The online site for second change is not updating my entries. I entered over 200 times in 2 months, it’s gives a msg successfully entered but blank when I want to enter again. I reported the site to an agent last month and again today. I’m still waiting to hear back from the agent. Same as previous time. Why do they promote the second change but it is not working. I received any prizes and the leader board shows people that entered half off the amount off times I entered. I won’t recommend buying vouchers from a company that is not really giving you a second change. Only a **** so people will buy, I recommend 1Voucher or Blu at least the customer service is better and they reply to any issues raised.
Life cover and funeral cover from Capitec debit orders was cancelled. They still debited my account and when asking to refund me, they say that they can't give me my money back.
My wife bought me the Fossil Coachman Chronograph Brown Leather Watch for my birthday in 2022. After 5 months the glass chipped on the inside and the battery died, we took it back to get the glass replaced and the battery. They send it to Fossil for quotation, we never received any feedback from them. We went back after 8 months to find out about the watch and was told they will send us the quotation after they received it. We went back last month as we did not receive any feedback, just be told that they can't find the watch. Took us few hours to but we eventually found the watch at Fossil. They told us that they can't replace the glass because they don't have any spare parts available for the watch. They send me the watch back to look for a place to get the glass replaced. It's a nice watch but not worth the money as there is no parts if something gets damaged.

I made a direct deposit from a FNB teller, but used the incorrect reference. The online support can’t assist in crediting my account due to the wring ref. used even after I explained everything. They want proof off payment first and I did not print the deposit slip. Now I loose my deposit and they gain my deposit.
