The lady in charge (Rudzani) couldn’t help with a money market query, had to wait 2hours for the manager (Tanya Hattingh) to help us meanwhile she’s in the store laughing with other stuff member only for them to say they don’t have the money market options on their system and they will call the head office for. This is after 2 hours of waiting, and 2 hours of trying to call head office myself. Really, the service is poor.
I recieved a defected HEADBOARD on the 26th of February. On the 27th of February I requested a return and the return has been rescheduled until it was cancelled on the 7th of March. I requested for the return again, of which the product was supposed to be collected today (10/03/2025) and it’s still rescheduled. All this time I’ve been making sure I’m available for the collect but TAKEALOT keeps inconveniencing me. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Zee today and the call cut. I’ve spoken to Lonwabo D and Bonani N through emails and telephone today and STILL. I still have a defected product in my house!!! All this communication I’ve been doing is costing me, and no one cares!
Nonsense service. I spoke to 7 consultants in the last hours and non of them were able to assist. MICHAELA from collections hung up my call after messing up my debit order date and amount to pay and the 7 other consultants I spoke to could not even get me a manager I can speak to. The CUSTOMER SEVICE department is useless. *******! No regard and urgency.

We waited for 15 minutes to have a consultant speak to my mom, only to speak to someone who is not willing to assist, is ***********, eats and keeps themselves busy while on the phone. After 30 minutes she (Nosipho Mabasa) disconnects call without even assisting us.
Had a very bad experience this evening with Nozipho Mabasa. She is rude, *********** and is silent throughout the call and even sounds like she is eating! She even hung up my call.
THE RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE AND ******!!! She should be fired! She cannot work and help black people. Today was my second time going to South Lake Medical Centre and returning without the help I need. It’s like she’s doing me a favour and telling me that the doctors are busy. SAME GOES FOR THE LADY WHO WORKS AT THE PHARMACY. I’m changing my primary doctor, I don’t even understand why Medical Aids still work with this Medical Centre!
