So 3 days and 5 phone calls later, Dr Bekker from Intercare Glenfair do not have ANY decency to phone a patient back. I had an appointment with her 2 weeks ago. Afterward she said if I had any problems, I should phone her. Jaqueline (whatever her name is) have no problem skills whatsoever. All that she can say is "the doctor is fully booked" or "we can only help you tomorrow". Really? Did I ask if you were fully booked? I have already been waiting for 3 days? If you ask to speak to a manager, then they are always in a meeting. I will not pay this account of almost R2000 that you sent me until this ******* that you have caused is not fixed.
Non existent customer service. Since Wednesday, 19 Nov, 5 transactions went off my account. I have logged 8 request via the Complaints Form on their website, 2 call me back and guess what, still no response from them. I phoned their customer care line. General disputes says its the ***** Dept, ***** Dept says its General dispute. Standard Bank *****s your money and there is no way of getting it back. I'll be closing all of my accounts and go somewhere else where someone wants my business.
Henry is the most unprofessional person ever! Took my car Dec 2024 for a service. Took it back 11 times already. They still cant say what the problem is but very fast to complain what they have already changed. If Henry gets tired of speaking to you over the phone, he makes out that he can't hear you. He should retire or go to an old age home and complain there!

Henry still cant say what the problem is but is very quick to complain what they already changed. No telephone manners at all. If he gets tired to speak to you, he makes out that he can't hear you. Maybe he should retire.

RCS/Edgars are at it again. I will not be paying the monthly service fee of R28.00. I never signed or agreed to this nor have I ever had this in the history of this account.
To date I have not received any feedback from Michelle. Upon phoning Capital Legacy on 20/8/2024 it was discovered that Luca vd Spuy never submitted my signed will which was indeed signed on 14/12/2023 and sent through to him? Shocking service!
