I've been trying to activate a Paypal account at FNB since beginning of September, but have been failing. I contact the PayPal department and got a response from Zanele Mahlaba (which was the last communication from them) on the the 14/09/2023, on how to activate it. I tried again, but found out the number under my FNB profile and couldn't receive my OTP. I sent an email communicating this to the PayPal department and to date I'm still waiting for assistance to change my cellphone number under my profile, so I can activate a Paypal account. I thought FNB as a leading bank would've upped its game by now, but sadly not.
I got such a pleasant call from Lesim Bowers. The call was beautiful, he was helpful, attend to all my concerns and helped me with my account. It's not everyday one gets a call from someone who's in love with what they do.
I'm waiting for a company that's yet to match the service I received from Tebogo and Trevor at the Hungry Lion branch at Eyethu Mall. I've never been this dazzled in my life. The beautiful service, going the extra mile, the friendly staff 🤗 amazing👌. The whole staff at this branch is SUPER. Right now Hungry Lion has moved to the top of my list of favourite restaurants. Thank you yet again Tebogo and Trevor for the excellent service, including the sweet ladies that showed love and understanding even though it was time to knock off 💐💐
My last review about the company was in the 6th of October 2021 and they responded on the 16th of October 2021. To this day my details on their bureau hasn't been updated and no communication has been received from them (not that I was expecting much from those incompetent fraudsters). I still regard them as liars and fraudsters. I'd like to understand why they keep asking for information if they're not going to use it. My credit profile on Experian is TOTALLY different from the one on Compuscan. I'm still going to refer this issue to the ombudsman.
This a follow up review, to my first one. Compuscan/Experian is still pathetic in how they treat consumers. After my initial review I received an email requesting me to fill in "the form" AGAIN, this is the same form I've been completing and sending through since December 2020, but no updating has been done. I provided a reference number that even proved that I sent a request to both Experian and CompuScan the same requested information, yet my information was only updated by Expreian, Compuscan consultants couldn't care to do anything on their side. I'm starting to suspect a fraudulent activity on my profile, because I honestly don't understand why Compuscan requires so many forms to be filled, if Experian only didn't need so much. I'm not going to fill in that form again, Compuscan must get people who are ready to work and action things accordingly. Please update my profile, you'll find everything under the piles of emails I've been sending you, if anything is outdated, it's not my problem, take it up with whoever needed to have this done from the onset.
I lodged a complaint against MBD Legal Collections and was assisted by Thys Gildenhuys. Though I received a letter confirming the account was closed, MBD never updated my info with the relevant credit bureaus (even after informing them that I'm having problems with CompuScan in particular is refusing to update my information with the letter I have provided them with). I'm still listed as owing on CompuScan and TransUnion. My concern (which I even raise with Mr. Gildenhuys) is he closed the task without it been resolved. Even today he has decided to ignore my mail. I'm honestly ashamed to even call what he did a service, because even in our interactions he didn't find any fault with MBD, yet my initial concern is still not addressed. I guess big companies will always be favoured even by the people who are supposed to be lawful in their dealings. Still today I still have an MBD account showing on my profile, yet they get protected by the law.
MBD Legal Collections Pty (Ltd) has refused to update my information on the credit bureau (CompuScan and TransUnion to be exact) since March 2021. I've requested this after a letter confirming the account has been closed and every month there after, but still to date it hasn't been done. I've even informed them that CompuScan is refusing to update my information as they claim to be waiting for them (MBD) to send it through (even with me sending through the letter as confirmation). This a nightmare and I wish MBD can just be diligent for once and do the right thing.
I've been trying to update my credit profile with CompuScan (Experian) since last year December (10/12/2020) to date and they still refuse to help me. I've disputed my profile a number of times, and every single time I'm always asked to fill in a form. Yet nothing gets done about this. I just disputed the wrong listing again and I'm still requested to fill in the form. Why is CompuScan refusing to update my profile and why do they always tell me it will be updated once the creditor has sent through the information, even though I have proof that the account is closed? The service from this company is pathetic and I know for a fact they don't care, otherwise I wouldn't be complaining here after 7 months.
