I have cancelled my xtra savings, because at the Northriding square checkers are constantly out of stock of so much for weeks at a time. I mailed in this concern and did not get any help. It's a pity, but I would rather use a provider that has stock, and let's me choose my store.
This is absolutely unbelievable. My husband is a private banking client, living abroad for the foreseeable future. He had ***** on his accounts and his card was cancelled, and he lost ANY access to his own accounts. We cannot pay bills, or anything. This has been going on for MONTHS. Now he is being handed to debt collection for his credit card. HE HAS NO ACCESS TO HIS ACCOUNTS. HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING. Standard bank private banking is an absolutely disgusting joke. He now faces having his credit card facility removed because HE CANNOT ACCESS HIS OWN ****** BANK ACCOUNTS. We are getting out water and lights shut off because HE CANNOT ACCESS HIS OWN BANK ACCOUNTS. It seems that Standard Bank Private banking has absolutely no interest in their international clients beyond taking their monthly fee. Absolutely disgusting service.
My mother and I went to Festival mall Pick n Pay for the black friday specials. We were told that the catalogue we have is old and we cannot get the specials. It is identical to the website catalogue.

I have been in severe pain for over a month now. I am currently in casualty and my Dr wants to admit me. Discovery, however, is denying authorisation. This is absolutely disgusting
My husband is abroad and is having trouble with his phone. He is unable to receive and make calls, and we are struggling to rectify this. We have laid NUMEROUS complaints and absolutely nothing has been done. ***** has occurred on his account AGAIN. Standard bank has blocked his card, and so has blocked access to his accounts. Municipality it going to cut off our power, AGAIN. We have tried so many times to get this resolved, but our "private banker" has no interest in assisting. I have requested a new banker and complained multiple times but nothing is being done. I have escalated this to complaints again and again. And yet they still put this in the lap of our private banker, who is apathetic and absolutely useless. Please may someone explain why we are paying exorbitant private banking fees for absolutely nothing in return?????
My husband is abroad. He is unable to make or receive phone calls. The Tobi bot is faulty and unhelpful. PLEASE MAY SOMEONE ASSIST?????
