Please refund my R392 which u deduct on 22 December 2025. I canceled my order. I was promised that I will receive my order in 3 - 4 working days. I waited for more than 8 days. Just to be told that my order was never placed. I canceled the same day with these people. Their no's 074 542 2800/ 063 106 0832/ 066 266 2389.
I upgraded from old router to a new router in July 2025 with Rain. From the start I asked them to deduct on 01st of each month. In the beginning was fine but all of a sudden they deduct on 25th of each month. Messed up came in April 2024. Since then I have endless issues with them. My payments was in advance. In July 2025 they billed me for old & new router, which is wrong. New router was activated on 28 July 2025. A credit note was done on 02/08/2025 which cancel out the wrong billing. But since August 2025 they try to deduct R1 138-00 from my account. I never promised to pay that old invoice. I have proof which shows that the old account is cleared with the credit note. But they still insist for payment. Atleast my new account the payment goes off on the 01st of each month. Whats so difficult to closed the old account. Please can someone sort this out. You cant buy a loaf of bread, eat it and go and ask for a refund.
I took out a policy a couple of months ago. Too my surprise I received an email that the cover was change due to lack of information. Ive done my part. No one contacted me before. I want my premiums back. No longer interested in this policy.
I send an email nearly 2 weeks ago to get a paid up letter. Even call & resend my emails.Still nothing.
<p>I took out a payday loan from Makala Finance for an amount of R 1500 . Who handed me over to Credit Intel. On the 15/01/2016 my balance was R 1 957-01. Too my surprise on 21/04/2016 the amount was R 672 450-07 as per Credit Intel email. Received another email on 07/03/2017 i owe R 15 956-10 which i was listed as a default. Their info is incorrect. I asked several times for a details statement. Please take my name of from credit bureau.</p>
<p>Good day,<br /> <br />In July 2015 I apply for Debt Review through Debt Busters. The Consultant that helped me gave me the wrong info. He told me to sign a stop order with my bank, Standard Bank. Which I did. Since end of August 2015 payments will go out of my account but will be reverse back after a few days. I contact them several times. And told them the bank told me that's a problem on Debts Busters side. Debt Busters blame Standard Bank. In October 2015 I went to a different Standard Bank. The consultant told me that I was supposed to sign a debit order & not a stop order. It was too late to sign the debit order for Oct 2015. I must make an EFT payment for Oct 2015. Which I did. I paid on the 24/10/2015. Too my surprise I received an email on 03/11/2015 that my debt review was cancelled due to non co-operation. I was doing the run around. Since Nov 2015 I have no joy. Sending several emails/ calls to NCR & Debt Busters. Too my surprise on 01/11/2016 I received an email from Shireen Rassie from Debt Busters that I must forward my banking details. NCR instructed them to refund me R748-70. I contacted the NCR. I emailed Xoliswa Mahlangu @ NCR to check what my status is on their system. She emailed me back that my status was a "H" was captured on 07/09/2016. I asked Debt Busters to update on their side & credit bureaus. Once again Shireen Rassie told me that it was a mistake. How can that be a mistake. Now they updated my status back to"C" this morning. They never ever got a court order for my debt review. Every time I log a compaint,Lelethu Solinjani, actioned it that the query was solved. Even thismorning complaint. She action that the query was solved. Still waiting. Even waiting for my refund as per NCR instructions since 01/11/2016.<br /> <br />I'm really fed up with this. My life is HELL, Now a year. No joy at all. I want the status off from our names. They wrongly put me under "Debt Review" status while they know they never received a court order.<br /> <br />Please advise.</p>
<p>I'm renting a unit in Honeydew. I know that my account is in arrears. i made arrangements to pay it off. I get harrassing phone calls 3 times a week . Vincent Dharmalingam sent me an email with the payment structure untill payment is due 31/05/2016. His very rude. I told him that I can only manage to make a payment of R 3000 on 25/05/2016. Which will also be another huge setback on my side.He was very sarcastic & told me they want the full amount. I told him him that I'm the only bread winner. Also made arrangement with my child school to pay off his school fees. His not interested in that. He doesnt care.Now they want to sell my stuff thats worth more that R 30 000 for a louzy R 3 690.00. </p>
I joined Debt Buster SA in July 2015. Kumendra was helping me with my application. He told me to do a stop order with my my bank (Standard Bank). Which I did. In August 2015 my stop order didn't go through. I spoke to him & he told me the problem is with the bank. I went to different Standard Bank, they told me the problem was with Debt Busters SA. I was send from pillar to post to get the problem solved. At long last I went to another Standard Bank in Bryanston in Oct 2015. The lady explained to me that they was supposed to let me sign a debit order & not stop order. Or I can load it as a beneficiary. I loaded it as a beneficiary. I made an EFT payment for Oct 2015 payment on 23/10/2015. And it when through. Too my surprise on 04/11/2015, my application was cancelled. I've sent several emails, which no one replied. 2 weeks ago I spoke to Vicky, explained my story. She promised to speak to Kumendra or his Manager to re-instate my application. It was a fault from their side, beacause I wasn't supposed to sign a stop order. She promised to get back to me. Still waiting for her feedback. I phoned this morning & spoke to Kumendra & we were cut off. Please assist
I took a 2nd contract with Ismart. I took the phone for my husband. The courier guy deliver it yesterday, 29/01/2015. I open the phone & work. When I got home in the afternoon. I showed my husband the phone. He didn't like it. A few minutes ago I phoned & speak to one of the Call Centre ladies & asked if I can exchange the phone for another brand. She refused. She told me that the card was activated yesterday. I never put the sim card in the phone. I asked to speak to her Manager. The manager told me that I must pay a cancellation fee of R 981-00 & she can send the courier guy to pick up the phone. I'm not prepare to pay for a phone that I'm not happy with.<br> What is so difficult to exchange the phone. What happen to Customer Service.<br> <br>
