Still trying to force me to use the FNB banking app, which I constantly refuse to use due to spyware concerns. They are making my banking on the website harder now, and are now refusing to allow me to authenticate my own computer and browsers if I do not concent to using an unwanted SPYWARE app on my phone, which I no longer trust!
Refusing service to me. Refusing to allow me to access my account via the internet banking service. Tried to reset the password, and is actively blocking me from resetting my password, and reenabling the service. Are actively trying to force me to use a mobile application, that I do not want, and do not trust, in order to gain access to the account. Will be closing the account on what is now a joke of a bank in my eyes now.
Trying to contact FNB secure channel via the website, but they are refusing me access. When I try to get to the "contact us" page, they are throwing up an "ACCESS DENIED" error. Denying me access to customer care to query a possible *****ulent transaction that took place today, that I do not recognise
Still unable to log in via the self service portal (https://ss.rcs.co.za/partner/edgars/self-service/). All the services there is being denied me. They are VERY quick to demand that I make payment, but constantly drag their feet when it comes to helping me, and constantly lie about having resolved my complaint (which it hasn't).
Still unable to log into the self service portal to manage my account and view my balances. Keep demanding that I submit photos of myself over unsecure connections in complete violation of the POPI Act as part of their liveness verification.
Waited for my new phone to be delivered. Only to be told that my biometrics cannot be verified. Wasting my time in the meantime, and me stuck with a phone that is giving me problems and need to replace it asap.

DSTV is actively discriminating against local content (ie Afrikaans channels), by putting it EXCLUSIVELY on the premium package, and will not allow it to be added to lower tier packages like DSTV Family.
Refusing to accept me as the main account holder, even though I gave my banking details. Kept insisting that my mom has to be the account holder, and keep demanding authorisation from my mom, even though I repeatedly asked that I be made the account holder. And when I kept insisting they started to get mad and kept insisting that because they called my mom they have to make my mom the account holder. So when I asked that they cancel the application, they called again within 10 minutes assuring that I will be the account holder. NOT ONCE did they take my phone number or ID. I am going to state here again, that they need to CANCEL the application, and call me directly if they are so adament to have us have an acount with them
