Bad experience
Was there for the buffet the food was cold and did not taste good at all the desert was just as bad as the food it basically looked like a chicken buffet because most of the dishes was chicken and veggies i was very dissapointed we only stayed for 35 minutes and only had some samoosas and curry stop misleading people on videos and posts i would not recommend their buffet to anyone worst buffet ever. The only good thing was that the staff was friendly. Never again

Best buffet so far
We went there for fathers day loved the food and had a great experience best buffet so and drinks included in price was a bonus. The variety and quality of the food was great.

I hope to have a great journey with home connect from this point. They can improve on their customer support teams as they **** to me and could not assist me.

BAD SERVICE DELIVERY
I switched from RSAWEB to home connect and I am regretting my decision. I placed an order almost 2 weeks back by home connect for the 1st of May and u canceled my wifi with RSAWEB. Octotel told me Monday when I was disconnected from RSAWEB that my line is active for home connect I have been phoning home connect for 3days now and everyone is giving me the run around I am being **** to and made promises about my router being dispatched long time already just to find out my router is not even dispatched I have been on the phone with home connect the whole morning and I spoke to a few people nobody can assist me it's just story after story. I have been without wifi for 3 days now and this is unacceptable the bad service I received from home connect is unacceptable I thought they were the best based on reviews on hellopeter just to find out that they actually give bad service I feel like canceling my order with them and finding a different ISP. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IF THE START OF MY JOURNEY WITH THEM IS THUS FRUSTRATING I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE FUTURE WITH THEM WILL LOOK LIKE. HOME CONNECT PLEASE DO BETTER AND LIVE UP TO YOUR REPUTATION. I AM CURRNTLY WAITING ON A TEAM LEADER TO PHONE ME BACK TO ASSIST ME AS IF I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO WITH MY TIME. I AM DEEPLY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR BAD SERVICE DELIVERY.

Felt embarrassed
I had a very bad experience at Mexican spur steak ranch in canal walk. I was waiting for my kids by the toilet when the waiter bumped into another waiter and dropped a whole tray of beer on me I was wet my bag was wet I felt so embarrassed. I immediately wanted to go home as I was smelling of alcohol and my clothes and shoes was wet I just left and said it was fine as I just wanted to get out of there asap. That was my last visit to that spur.

Disappointed
I do not even want to leave 1 star I am so dissatisfied with this gambling site I haven't won anything since I joined and now that I eventually won a small amount that I want to withdraw I am told that I have an active sign up bonus that I lost all the bonus money they gave me and I did not know the bonus was not for slots as I only know how to play slots so now I had to play out my last money that I won on a sign up bonus that I lost the first day of getting it on lucky numbers that I had no clue to what I was doing. I feel ******* because last night when I made a withdrawal there was no indication of a active bonus I just saw the money was reversed this morning. Why did they not inform me. Playa bets is the worst please make sure of their terms and conditions before accepting their sign up bonus. I will not be participating in any of their future promotions as promotions are basically just ****s to get you to deposit more money and then you loose it all

Dissatisfied with food
We drove for an hour to go have a nice lunch just to be deeply disappointed. We paid R300 per person but the food was so bad no real variety it is supposed to be a seafood restaurant but there was such a small variety of seafood only mussels and fish. They have big pots with little food in and their afval was terrible I can't even explain the disgust I feel towards this restaurant. We did not even stay for desert as there was only ice cream and koeksisters no thank you where is the trifle, waffles, salads no man the only salads was a green salad with normal white onions lettuce and tomatoes I could've made that better at home this was not worthed I would never ever go there again what a waist of a R600 for me and my wife We did not even stay more than an hour as the food was not appealing. I would rather prefer quarter deck or schoongeszict but never ever Boesmanland Plaaskombuis. Not worth the drive my petrol or my money. And I would definitely not recommend anyone to go there ever I am so dissatisfied.

Poor service delivery
I ordered a watch online but accidentally ordered the wrong watch and the same day of placing the order I contacted takealot via email to ask for assistance I was so highly frustrated and dissatisfied with the responses I received they could not exchange or cancel my order and just apologized what type of business is this where you are unable to exchange or cancel a order I regret paying via eft I wish I chose the cash cod option as my money is now out of my account but I cannot be assisted they say they value me as a customer if that was the case than they would have assisted me by cancel or just exchanging the item why is it such a hassle I will most definitely never buy on takealot again and would not recommend them to anyone really poor service

Worst experience
